I had an awesome first visit with Dr. A and McKenzie Orthodontics! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and very friendly. I was especially impressed that they offered a free consultation along with complimentary teeth scanning, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. A special thank you to Caye for going above and beyond with client care. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. You can really tell this team cares about their patients and provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an orthodontist!

Finished my aligner treatment within 9 weeks that’s how simple and easy they made it for me. More than everything, this is the first place that I feel did not overcharge me for my treatment. They were within my budget. Simple, Easy and a quick treatment. They also did a build-up for my tooth which looks so good. Thank you Dr. A, Caye & Makenzie for your great service.

Lovely facility with great staff. The aligners worked really well for me - I did 3 rounds of aligners and wear my retainer every night - and 4 years later my teeth still look great. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to straighten their teeth.

I am a patient before 2 years Ago and when I returned back after 2 years, they didn't change the price kind enough to offer discounts for my procedure. I am so grateful for the received discounts that made my treatment much more affordable. I must say that they're all very friendly and thorough. Everyone took their time explaining things such as the next steps and extremely detailed. To tell you the truth. I can't stop smiling. The service I received was beyond my expectations. From when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile . Everyone was so professional and fast I was amazed by how my teeth turned out even though my friends couldn't believe. Easy and straightforward process. The staffs at the clinic are very helpful and easy to work with. Scheduling in clinic check-ins could be tricky sometimes, so I recommend schedule ahead of time.

I just completed my orthodontic treatment at the Impress Clinic in Seattle, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the entire experience! There were moments when it felt challenging, but the Impress team provided not only technical support but also psychological support, always listening to my concerns and making me feel heard. That level of care made all the difference. I know there are mixed reviews about Impress, some even quite negative. I can only speak from my experience, both in Portugal and here in the U.S., and I can confidently say it’s been exceptional. Yes, I faced a few issues during the process, but whenever I brought them up, the team was open and understanding. Now, as I look at the final results, I couldn’t be happier. I am BEYOND impressed with Uniform Teeth. I go to the South Lake Union one downtown Seattle and I can't recommend a nicer group of people. I am a previous braces wearer who may have missed a few days wearing her retainer and the thought of getting back in the process of wearing braces to fix my teeth was a no go for me. Finding Uniform Teeth has sincerely been wonderful because they are so ahead of their time with their technology and process of straightening teeth. The process is so simple and so painless. Not to mention they have an incredible App so I never have to go in for checkups! Can't recommend enough. I still have a month or so left of my treatment and will be posting the before and after of my teeth when they are all done. Thanks Uniform Teeth for being efficient and incredibly kind!
