Cascade Integrative Dentistry

dr. koogler is kind and it’s clear that he is proficient in his specialty of dental medicine, i went in to CID because of a cracked filling - the appointment was available soon and even better the work performed made me feel secure that i wouldn’t experience any cracks any time soon with the new work. however, both my initial and follow up appointment for more permanent repair were +15min late to start, the dental operating rooms dont have full walls and that means i can hear all about what’s going on in the mouth of the person next door and frankly idgaf about mary’s gum recession so for those reasons i will not be returning. other noticeable things are that it is in a convenient location for me and they accepted my insurance (delta dental) - bonus: when i asked the receptionist about my appointment start time because it had been more than 15 min she asked if i had somewhere to be…. ma’am i didn’t know the dentist was a walk in service (???)

I'm a nervous dental patient, especially with drilling, and I had seen Dr. Roberts since the early 2000s, so I felt there were big shoes to fill after Dr. Roberts retired and Dr. Koogler took over his practice. Dr. Koogler made me feel comfortable from the start. He is super knowledgeable, has fun, techy gadgets, listens to understand, and talks through options so that I feel confident in the choice to move forward or hold off on different procedures. He does high quality work, and got me interested in a new toothpaste that has helped prevent cavities. The staff are friendly, pleasant, thorough and professional. Whether it is a cleaning or a crown, I trust Dr. Koogler and his team will get me through it in the most comfortable way possible. The office is clean and tidy, the waiting room area is bright with a variety of books, and the exam areas are brightly lit with natural light and dotted with plants. I am not sure how often people say that it is nice to see their dentist, but it is always nice to see Dr. Koogler!

Dr. Koogler is a true professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and caring! Highly recommend and would send family and friends.

I had been going to this office when it was Guy Roberts and was surprised when it had been taken over by Cascade Integrative Dentistry and Nick. It turned out to be a great change with even a better experience. The office staff is outstanding. The cleanliness and over all appearance is such a fresh change. I really enjoy this dental clinic. The new Dentist Nick brings a fresh perspective to Dentistry and I love all the new technology he uses. The hygienists are friendly and gentle with cleanings, and the staff is very welcoming. I've actually been going to this location since 2010 with the previous dentist who recently retired. I moved to the suburbs but still work in Seattle, and I haven't found a reason to find a different dentist during this transition as Nick and his team have been fantastic. They have now had time to finish the transition to their new look and procedures, and I feel very well taken care of. I'd definitely give them a shot.

Dr Nick and his staff are friendly and put you at ease. They spend the time with you talking through the procedure and answering any questions you may have. My crown was loose. I managed to get an appointment quickly. My temporary crown fitted really well. My permanent crown was put in 2 weeks later all painlessly. I highly recommend Cascade Dentistry.

The vibes here are immaculate. Everyone treats you so well, Dr. Nick is very chill and extremely knowledgeable. Kim at the front is super reassuring and helpful and the hygienist Crystal was even super kind and helpful. Start to finish an amazing experience and I’m thankful to call this my new Dentist Office!
