My son got his braces here and every time they've been very kind. They are very quick as well with their service. I love that they do what they say. They're all going to do. That's another great thing about it as well. They also are good with keeping you updated on your retainers and everything that's going on with your care.

So happy I decided to come to set straight ortho. This place is so clean and comfortable, providing top tier service. Temi provided excellent customer service. Communication was very smooth and detailed. I’m going to refer all my family and friends!

My son had a great experience at this location. Doctor Bernie was amazing! She made him feel comfortable and also answered all of our questions. Cici at the front desk was also extremely welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

I don't like the new orthodontist layout. I feel very, VERY exposed. I would much prefer walls separated for privacy combined with a glass finish.

First I would like to to say how enamored 🤩 I am about the motivational text messages prior to our initial appointment! The staff is attentive and generously receptive to our scheduling needs. They are on-time too!!! Love it.😍

Love to see young black professionals at work, even if they come with the shenanigans-- its still Harlem what do you expect. Went to get braces, insurance don't cover -- looking to come back to start but if this second place is cheaper sadly I will not be going to straight set. We will see!

In all honesty! This place is amazing, the staff members are kind every time I come in. And as well I’m looking forward to getting my braces removed next month.
