The Medical staff was great! My baby attended 2 visits and I was told, Authorization for her to get braces was going to be submitted, this visit was in March 2026, my baby kept asking me about her Authorization, I decided to call the health insurance and was told, they haven't receiced any Authorization for my baby since 2025, from another orthodontist in the Bronx. I called Modern, gave my child information, then put on hold and Modern Receptionist Returned With A Big LYE. Oh we sent the Authorization in March. I said, oh really, I spoke with the insurance and they told me, they haven't received anything for my child since 2025. This review is for you the owner and other owners on how, your receptionist are not doing their end and interfering with Patients Health Care! By Not Following Policy and Procedures! This Is How and Why You Guys LOOSE Patients, Have to Close Up Shop, Get NYS Complaints Filed On Your Practices and Get Sued, Because Of Workers Like Yours, The aka Compassionate Receptionist, Has Failed To Provided, The Service You're Paying To Be Done and She Lied! No Authorization Was Ever Presented To The Health Insurance, For My Baby Braces! Horrible Business, When It's Allowing, Medical Interference By Your Receptionist Is Unfair Treatment and The Gaslighting of Patients! Very Disrespectful & Unacceptable!

Knowledgable staff and quick sign in and assessment by Dr.Cooperman. Clean professional setting with explanation of all orthodontic and payment options provided to patients. Dental references also provided if needed - an absolute pleasure.
