Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign

I had my treatment done at Diamond Braces (Harlem location), and overall my experience has been disappointing. I initially started with Invisalign, which did not work well for me, and I ended up switching to traditional braces. This required an additional $1,500 on top of the $4,000 I had already paid, bringing my total to $5,500. I was told my treatment with braces would take about 7 months. At my second-to-last appointment, I expressed concerns that my teeth were not fully aligned—specifically a crooked bottom tooth and some spacing. Despite bringing this up, my braces were removed at the end of the 7 months, and my teeth are still not where they should be. The bottom tooth is improved but not straight, and there are still noticeable gaps. For the amount of money and time invested, I expected a more complete result or at least a clear plan to address the remaining issues before removal. I also contacted their hotline to raise these concerns and was told I would receive a follow-up, but it has now been 7 days with no response. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering treatment here make sure expectations, timelines, and final outcomes are clearly discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
