My experience at SmileSpace Dentistry in Harlem is always a pleasure! From the moment I walk in, the staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. The office is clean, modern, and creates a comfortable atmosphere that helps put patients at ease. The dentists and hygienists take the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely care about their patients' oral health and comfort. I never feel rushed, and every visit is handled with kindness, patience, and attention to detail. This place is A* Ma*Zing 🏆. I had to find a new dentist because I've had horrible experiences. I told them I have PTSD and to please be patient because I associate pain when it comes to the dentist. From the moment I walked in the place and staff were very warm and welcoming. It didn't feel or look like a typical dentist office more spa like. The front desk, hygienist and dentist went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed me every step of the way. Although I am out of network it is totally worth my peace of mind.

I’ve never had a better experience. Let’s start with the ambience the music made me feel calm. The staff was ever so welcoming. Usually dental visits make me feel the most anxiety. I’m ashamed to say that I was afraid to go to the dentist, especially coming in from Florida. My experience today was hands-down, the greatest dental experience I’ve ever had. I did not feel one drill Not an ounce of discomfort. It’s not like I had great teeth to start with, but the amount of work that they did and the amount of comfort that I felt, no only will I be returning, I honestly will never go to another dentist ever again If it isn’t small space.

The quality and exceptional service did not begin when I arrived to SmileSpace for my dental care. It began when I called to make an appointment. The receptionist was courteous and helpful. The hygienist was magnificent----caring, personable, super gentle yet thorough and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The entire office staff was quite proficient. I rate my experience as one of the best that I've ever had. Everyone in the office, from the moment that I walked in, to the moment that I was called to start the cleaning and examination, to the dentist providing her assessment and recommendations, I was 1,000% satisfied. I’ve been coming to Smile Space for over six months, and today I brought my 11-year-old for his appointment with Dr. Black. It was, without a doubt, the best dentist experience we’ve both ever had. Dr. Black’s bedside manner is exceptional. He took the time to explain everything in a way my son could understand, and he was warm, patient, and genuinely engaging. It’s incredibly rare to find a dentist who truly cares and connects like this. I don’t even have enough words to describe how positive this experience was for both of us. If you haven’t met Dr. Black yet, book an appointment, you won’t regret it. I truly can’t recommend him enough!!!

Smilespace is such an amazing facility . I started off in the Brooklyn office originally with my teeth whitening services which was always a 10 out of 10 experience. The amount of complements I would receive were insane . To the point people would assume that they were cosmetically done . I transitioned to the Harlem office because it’s closer to my home and I’m just more impressed every time . The facility is so beautiful && clean and aesthetically pleasing. Everyone is so warm and welcoming . I feel like I’m apart of such an amazing dental community . I get a teeth cleaning every 4 months and started Invisalign and when I tell you I actually look forward to my appointments I truly mean it . I’ve been doing my Invisalign for almost a year now and I’m just about completed soon and when I tell you my smile and teeth structure is so aligned and beautiful. I was so skeptical about it initially because i never knew anyone who had done Invisalign and i was unsure about how successful I would be with it but everyone over at smile space educated me so thoroughly. From answering my concerns to educating me on the proper care through out my process . I’m just so happy to share my experience and let anyone who’s thinking about coming to smile space to definitely do ! You will not regret it , you’ll be thanking me later while writing there next review .

I have been to several dentist in the past, but my experience at smile space has been by far the best. Everyone is pleasant and attentive and of course Dr. Black has the perfect bedside manner and explains everything to a T.....not forgetting, I had little to no pain each and every visit and my work was extensive.
