Townsend Dental Practice

Terrible Dentist, they cancelled my husband appointment multiple times and when he finally saw them he got no cleaning no X rays, he got sent to a specialist by this dentist to check for oral cancer and the specialist he referred him to said he was fine and did NOT have cancer and that he should find a new dentist. Then my husband called and they said that they never received any documents or received any information from the dentist that they sent him to.

My father came here several time for extractions and each time he had a great experience. The doctor was mindful of my father medical conditions and took his time to take out his teeth. He didn't rush the procedure and when he was done, my father said he didn't feel anything. The staff the following day called to make sure he was fine. So far, we haven't had any issue since coming here.

I’ve been coming to this dental practice since about 2011-2012 and I’ve always got the best quality dental care and advice from both Dr Persaud and the dental hygienist Cheyenne. Now that I have a daughter, I bring her here as well and she’s been coming for 4 years now.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. The receptionist took my X-rays. The Dentist wasn’t even there to assist her. She had to redo my x rays multiple times. They gave me a separate appointment to come in and get my teeth clean. I’m guessing to charge my Insurance again. I go to my next appointment and they start telling me I need a root canal where I got my filling. They are complete rip offs. This place is about getting money off of people. Stay away from this dental practice!

This place just want to take as much visits as possible without doing anything to charge eighter your pockets or your insurance. Been there twice just for a cleaning and the dentist has not done anything just follow ups mind you I never had a cavity or a chip tooth. Do not recommend this place at all

I have struggle growing up with insecurity about myself because of how my teeth use to look. I never felt like a grown adult because I didn’t have a "perfect smile ". I decided to invest in myself and got Invisalign with bonding. bonding is a procedure where they use a substance to either expand the tooth or shape the tooth around it. It is another alternative to veneers. I went here to Townsend dental to get my bonding procedure done. I was more then pleased with my results ! Dr. Persaud did an amazing job with adding the final touches to finishing my smile. He was able to expand my laterals to close the remaining spaces I had, and give a natural look to my smile. Dr.Persaud was very gentle and careful with me, as well listened to all of my concerns to make sure he achieved the vision I had in mind. The office space is incredibly clean and the environment is very comfortable. I also had a cleaning/deep cleaning with Cheyenne, & she is phenomenal!

They lie said i had 14 cavities and said my insurance dont cover root canals or anything when i recently now went to a whole new dentist and they do. This dentist charged me $1,375. Insane! And i didnt have 14 cavaities they just wanted my money. They made my teeth worst. A week later my back tooth broke off! The one they supposly fixed.
