I don't understand how some people in the comments say that they have good service when it's not. First of all, make sure that when you have an appointment for a cleaning and they want to get x-rays or something else, make sure that you got the cleaning because I only had the x-ray done and when I call my insurance they inform me that the doctor submitted the receipt for the cleaning and the x-ray when he never did the cleaning. They send me a message indicating that I have an appointment. I'm thinking that the doctor is going to do the cleaning because I called the insurance to report this and when I arrive they inform me that the system is bad, it sent itself. So they make me waste my time and I canceled a medical appointment. Then I ask the customer service why the doctor didn't do the cleaning and she informs me that the doctor didn't do it because he sent you to a periodontist and they will do it for you. So my question is, why did you charge the insurance for the cleaning if they never did it for me?

Today was my first time here and I must say I had an extremely pleasant visit. The staff was very generous, helpful and knowledgeable. They all made me feel comfortable. I waited about 10 minutes to be called; amazing wait time! and it wasn’t crowded. The place is clean, small and welcoming. I enjoy cozy and personable places. Dr. Barnett was knowledgeable, funny and comforting which made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing. He got as much done in this visit so I wouldn’t have to keep coming back for several appointments, which is super convenient. I was extremely happy about that. I only have to come back one more time for my official crown and that’s in two weeks. I was very pleased with my visit and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I’m a happy patient. This is now my new dentist! Thanks guys.

If I can give no stars I would ! Horrible dentist office!!!! Came in with a tooth abscess & doctor just gave me a deep cleaning, gave me some other places to go & sent me on my way. I called asking for antibiotics & the lady at the front desk said THE DENTIST CANT GIVE ME AN ANTIBIOTIC FOR A TOOTH ABSCESS ! I’ve never heard of a dentist that can’t give antibiotics for a tooth abscess !

Worst dentist ever. Please save your precious insurance and precious time from going here. Staff members were very friendly however the place just looks and feels very dirty. Dentist came in and just scraped in between my teeth and slapped some polish on it and called it a day. I was so shocked when he told me to rinse and I was done. I could’ve done a better job brushing my own teeth at home. So disappointing. 0/10 would not recommend.

I absolutely love the customer service at this location. From the front desk to the back office everyone was amazing! The doctor was friendly, informative and caring while he was doing my procedure. This is the only dentist I will be going to moving forward. Thank you Dr. Barnett and team!

I was nervous at first, however they took real good care of me. Dr. Barnett was up front with me and didn't beat around the bush to tell me of my situation. He and his staff made me feel comfortable. It's also close to home! Highly recommend this location. With a short wait time!

Dentists and staff are super friendly and professional. I first went there 9 years ago at the time my son was 2 years old. The way the dentist made my 2 year old comfortable and at ease made me switch my dentist and started coming here. You get appointment quickly and they accommodate your scheduling needs.
