I had a wonderful experience at Diamond Braces today with my son. A special thank you to my friend Crystal for taking such great care of him during his visit. She was patient, kind, professional, and made him feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. As a parent, it means so much to see your child treated with compassion and genuine care. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and organized, and the overall experience was excellent. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive one. I had such a great experience at this orthodontic office today. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The office itself was clean, organized, and made me feel comfortable right away. The manager of the office was super sweet along with the doctor, i can’t wait to start my treatment with them. 10/10 recommend this office !!

Shoutout to Diomedis for being welcoming and supportive from the beginning. She answered all of my questions and provided me with a sufficient amount of information that led to my decision to get Invisalign. Shoutout to her supervisor Crystal, she was very supportive and kind.

Quick, easy, but most valuable part is the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff members. Camille greeted us with a beautiful and welcoming smile. Kathy took care of our logistics with kindness and Dr. Dressner explained everything in a way that made it easy for us to understand. My daughter walked out with braces after our consultation.

Ms. Karie DeSouza, has provided an outstanding customer service towards my case. My case was missed handled from the beginning. For some reason it got to her desk after more than 30 days of my consultation. She reviewed and apologized for the way my case was handled. She was able to get me an appointment for my braces installation. After the braces were installed I noticed they had installed the wrong material I 've requested. Ms. Karie, called me the following day to follow up on my appointment. She couldn't believe that they had placed the wrong material. She investigated and spoke to upper management about my case. She called me that evening with another apology and as a result of her investigation and conversation with upper management, she was able to get me a waiver for their mistake. I engage with her and her sincere apology showed me that she cares for Diamond's Braces customers and reputation. If I can give her a higher review. I would. Ms. Karie, please continue with your outstanding customers service skills, they are notice.

Today I experienced professional assistance from Cristal Jimenez and Dr Dresner. The entire staff was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable of the job they performed. I’m total satisfied with the service I received and recommend their service to everyone.

I was here for a consultation for Invisalign & Cristal was amazing! She was very informative of what i should expect & swayed me towards Invisalign when i initially was interested in braces. Great customer service !! Will recommend to my boyfriend who’s interested in braces.
