After going through five dentists in four years, I was honestly expecting more of the same—rushed appointments, guilt trips, and huge treatment plans I couldn’t afford. This experience was completely different. She actually listened to me and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I’ve never had before. I never felt rushed, and the entire atmosphere of the office is incredible—calm, professional, and welcoming. What really stood out to me was that she treated me with respect, not judgment. No guilt trips, no pressure, no overwhelming $7,000 plan like I’ve been given before. She understood my situation, knew I have Medicaid, and worked within that without making me feel bad about it. At one point she told me, "When I’m done, you’re not going to be able to stop smiling." And honestly, for the first time in years, I actually believe that. If you’ve had bad experiences with dentists, or you’re worried about cost or being judged, this is the place to go. I finally feel like I found someone I can trust.

Had my teeth whitening today!!! Amazing office. Both Dr. Sarah and Dr Ajimal care about their patients! They are so knowledgeable. The assistants Raya, Abdullah, Mina and Veronica did an amazing job. They have a great team because their manager Nadia is superb! I can’t wait to make everyone else see my whitening and send patients here. Thank you everyone

This is the BEST dentist we've gone to in Detroit! They are so caring and kind, and have been incredibly supportive and understanding of my husband's dentophobia. Can't recommend them enough!!

My husband Came in for his 10am appointment which was confirmed the previous day. Upon walking in another patient was screaming about how his appointment was at 10 and he could not take the 11am appointment. Someone from the back allowed the guy to be seen and the rude guy working the front desk told my husband he needed to reschedule! How was that even possible! He works 12 hours 7 days a week and he had to call off just to make this appointment. So not only is he missing out on money, he still has to deal with the issues in his teeth and they let someone else take his appointment right in front of his face!!!! Tried to email a complaint but The email says no address found and there is no corporate contact that has been able to help me! Called the main location in Waterford and they had the nerve to hang up on me!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they care about your smile 😃, whether your getting those teeth clean, implants, crowns, partials, or the need for an extraction. The atmosphere is clean and yes, they offer free Wi-Fi while you wait, with two office viewing televisions, though your not waiting long. And it's a pleasure to see different ethnic professional women. Thank you Deluxe Dental, your the best.

I'm thrilled with the results I've seen from the Zoom whitening treatment at this dental office! From the very start, the team made me feel comfortable and explained the entire process clearly. By the second session, I could already notice a significant difference in the brightness of my smile. The treatment was comfortable and the investment has been completely worth it for the confidence boost I've gotten from my whiter teeth. Highly recommend this office for anyone considering teeth whitening! They offer cherry for payment plan options as well as a new patient discount!!!!

So... I found this place in Oak Park on Google while looking for a dentist closer by (since I moved recently). I walked in with high hopes. The front office staff were really nice, but the people who cleaned my teeth seemed to lack training and just wanted to get the job done quickly. I've never left a place in as much pain as I did here. I felt man-handled. I didn't want the automatic scraper, as my teeth didn't need it. I go to the dentist every 6-8 months for a cleaning, so I didn't have plaque that needed the automatic scarper (I also told them I was having sensitivity problems). I asked for the person cleaning my teeth to switch to manual scarping half way through because it was so painful. The lady who polished my teeth after the scraping, didn't polish them properly, then proceeded to floss with a heavy hand after I told her twice she was going too hard. My lips kept getting caught in the tool she was using for the polishing, so the sides of my mouth are torn up. I cried in my car after. I've never left a dentist office with my gums and lips bleeding so badly and a half-done polishing job. I'm still feeling pain 3 days later, and now I feel sensitivity on the teeth with fillings. Thinking back, I don't know if they cleaned the equipment but it smelled. The photos attached are after my "cleaning". You can see where my gums are torn up by the scraper on the top row (near the front of the tooth), and in the same photo you can see where my lips were getting sucked into the polisher on the side. My teeth were orange from the blood. They didn't even bother using water to get the blood out. In both photos you can see where she was using the auto scraper by the white banding on the tops of the teeth, and I can tell she was scraping my fillings with it too. The ladies were rushing, and I will never be back. I'd expect to get treated this way if my teeth hadn't seen a hygienist in 10 years, but it's only been 7 months... I'd give two stars, but I couldn't imagine someone else sitting in that chair thinking that's how a normal cleaning should go.
