Dixon Family Dental - Family and Emergency

Go here at your own risk. Medical coding, sterilization of materials, and the staff themselves need a redo. The suite is outdated, lacks proper staffing, materials, and does not have proper hvac controls. I’ve had 3 separate appointments, I arrived to an appointment just for them to tell me the doc was not there and I would have to reschedule. Didn’t get a call or text not even anything complimentary. The first appointment I laid there for 2hrs mouth numbed while a lady went off on the staff for improper treatment. I have videos of me sitting and waiting and X-rays of how I looked before. The dental assistant/doc argued with them for a long time had to numb me again (triple the dosage) . Keep in mind these are adults dealing with other adults. After this appointment, I went back multiple times to attempt to fix the same issue, multiple fill ins that were causing pain. Yet, they still are as I sat and wait for my turn I hear other patients expressing their concerns as well. Which aren’t too different from the ones I just mentioned. I’m not even sure how they’re still running knowing the patients themselves keep coming back because of unfinished work. Edit: one of my fill ins currently has a hole in it😔more work needs to be done I just finished my braces 6 months ago.

I had my first visit with Dr. Dixon and her team. The entire staff was inviting. I felt like I'd been there before. Dr. Dixon put a plan in place for me I'm excited! My NEW DENTIST!!!

I always schedule my appointments through your website because every time I call, the lady who answers is disrespectful. If she struggles to understand accents, she should pass the call to someone else instead of just hanging up. This behavior is unacceptable, and this is the fourth time I've experienced this when trying to book by phone. I have great experience there with the Dr Dixon and her team, but the lady on the phone should correct her behavior with people who has accent

Dixon Family Dental is the best Dentist Office I have ever been a patient at. (For a point of reference, I have generally had positive experiences with my other Dentist Offices). I truly have had the most awesome experiences with every staff member and of course Dr. Dixon. You are treated with love, respect, professionalism, and extreme care. The quality of service is truly bar none. My entire immediate family has been embraced and well taken care of. Both of my parents have had some pretty serious dental needs and they were immediately taken excellent care of. You are truly in the best hands and can trust that you will consistently get the finest care, WITH the most reasonable financial plan possible. Without hesitation and with actual joy, I give my reference.

I wish I had known about Dr.Dixon 20 years ago. She is professional,kind,caring and very knowledgeable. She was detailed and gentle. She explained every single detail and made clear the options that were available to me. The office workers were just as caring and kind. The environment of this office was so very pleasant and comforting. I felt like I was part of their family. I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to make an appointment. My experience was awesome!!

I had found Dr. Dixon through Delta Insurance. Unfortunately, I had to have Dr. Dixon fix what another dentist messed up. Dr. Dixon office very clean, modern. Staff is very friendly. I had my first tooth extraction last week and there was no pain, a little pressure. Dr. Dixon has a professional business and the staff is so welcoming and walk me through the process. I went for follow up today, my tooth extracted is healing good. This is my new dental office. I would highly recommend coming to Dr. Dixon for all dental work. You will be impressed as I am. I love how Dr. Dixon cares about her patients. When I came to her, I was afraid of dentist. because a dentist hurt me real bad. But Dr Dixon, was so kind, patience and caring. She is an awesome dentist and I am so grateful for her and how she is keeping my teeth healthy, when there’s a problem she lets me know and she fixes it. Her staff is also awesome, they too are caring and kind. Dr Dixon is the Best!❤️
