I've been coming here for over 20 years, and unfortunately it’s time for my family and me to find a new dentist. Ever since the practice was sold to a corporate entity, the customer service has declined significantly. Staff turnover is constant, the environment no longer feels personable, and every visit turns into a push for more money — even over something as small as $25. After two decades of loyalty, it’s disappointing to see the focus shift from patient care to corporate profit. We’re now looking for a family‑owned dentist who values long‑term relationships and genuine care.

I had some apprehension about changing my dental provider due to change of insurance. Once I entered Hi Tech dental, I immediately felt welcome. The front desk staff was welcoming and warm. My hygienist, sahira took the time to listen as I gave her my dental history. Thanks to my family member for recommending Hi Tech.

Love this office! Everyone is very friendly, organized and have accommodated my schedule. They recently took my adult son from out of state when he was visiting and had a dental emergency. I drive 40 minutes from across town to see Dr McGettrick as I have had nothing but poor experiences close to home. They are gentle, explain things well and Dr. McGettrick is very efficient. Great quality of work. Crowns and fillings have lasted. Highly recommend !!!

I have used Hi-Tech Family Dentistry for over 30 years. I have nothing but compliments to share pertaining to their practice. The dentist and each member of their staff over the years has been competent, professional, and friendly. I plan to have any remaining dental work done at their dental practice as needed over the coming years.

I'm in awe of the amazing experience I had with both the receptionists, Brittany the hygienist, and Dr. Morin. I've never in 40 years had a more thorough dental exam. Even more impressed by intentionality of explaining everything in detail with patience and kindness.

Upon arrival the office was prepared to provide service. The hygienist was very friendly easy to talk with and explained her process of how she would handle my treatment for the appointment, and very gentle. I appreciated her service.

Everyone was very friendly, professional, accommodating, and caring during my visit.
