Dental Associates - Wauwatosa

Service was timely. No one enjoys going to the dentist but my dental hygienist made the experience great. She kept me laughing the entire time (and I didn't have laughing gas) 🤣.

I got there 15 minutes early. It was taken right away. The lady I had for my cleaning my teeth was totally awesome so friendly did a great job. Nothing hurt. The Cleaning felt wonderful. Definitely gonna see her again.

Ive been patient at the Burleigh location since a kid. As a now, 28 yr old woman I still love it here. Overall experience is 10/10 I love my dental hygienist Rachel … she’s well experienced and funnnnnn!!! I know people usually dread doing to the dentist but Rachel make it worth it!!! I love it here .

I was a little nervous when I arrived at my appointment. Darren T made sure I was not only comfortable but he’s a true professional. Darren is an awesome hygienist ! I loved the way and results of him cleaning my teeth ! Thank you Darren for your kind words along the way and tips on flossing.

My appointment was earlier than I usually make, I was there early enough to be checked in promptly. I was not called immediately at my appointment time but within reason. The hygentist was pleasant, personable and professional to make it an enjoyable visit. My next appointment was scheduled in an acceptable 6 month time frame.

I had to best dental experience at Dental Associates. Everyone I came in contact with from making the appointment, xray, exam and cleaning was professional and kind. Even the doctor that did my feelings was great. I expected the worst and got the best. Thank you dental associates. You're the best!

The billing department at this practice is entirely incapable of handling basic insurance workflows, specifically Coordination of Benefits. Despite months of outreach since January, they have repeatedly failed to submit claims to Guardian, instead attempting to pass the balance directly to the patient in violation of their provider agreement. This same failure to submit claims is now occurring with Delta Dental for my wife. The communication is nonexistent, and phone calls are ignored. The only way to get ahold of someone is through email and even them you'll spend a week arguing back and forth with someone. You'll receive downright unprofessional responses like "You may want to follow up with your insurance about that because we can not resubmit the same claim again, if it was supposed to be covered by the insurance then they would of covered it." The claim was not submitted and still hasn't been submitted. They would rather send bills in the mail instead of actually fixing their mistakes. We will be seeking dental care elsewhere. Ensure these claims are properly routed to the respective insurance carriers, as no direct payment will be issued for administrative incompetence. Don't bother with the canned response telling me to call your number. I won't be wasting my time with this incompetent and unprofessional dental office any further. If I receive one more bill, I will be filing a formal grievance with both payers and the state.
