I have and always have terrible anxiety going to the dentist. I formally was a patient of Dr. James Bojar then Dr. Anne O Neil. Both retired and my records were automatically sent to Dr. Taylor. Both experiences I have had with Dr. Taylor were very calming, no pain and I trust him. The problem I have is with the girls at the front desk. I've called to discuss my husband's visit with Dr. Taylor and my concerns regarding a crown and asked for a call back. Never got a call back. Last year after having a crown made I made payment arrangements with them to have it come out automatically. They didn't take the information down correctly and I made several attempts to fix it with no success. They just kept sending bills. Finally ended up just writing a check. Oh yes they are nice on the phone but don't get anything right.
Dr. Taylor is exceptional! After my long-time dentist, Dr. Ann O'Neil, retired I saw someone new and had doubts about their recommendation, so I turned to Dr. Taylor for a second opinion. He responded promptly, offering a thorough and thoughtful evaluation, and suggested a treatment plan that was both effective and budget-friendly. What truly stood out was his personal touch—he took the time to call me directly, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt comfortable and cared for. He even reached out to my previous dentist to learn more about my history to provide the best level of care. I recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone seeking trustworthy and compassionate dental care!
I always have a positive experience here—- in spite of being at the dentist! I’m hard wired for anxiety yet I feel okay with and trust Dr. Taylor so it’s not too, too bad to tolerate. He’s the best!
I have been going here for the last 3 years. After having the same dentist for the first 20 years of my life I was nervous about going somewhere new, but Generations Family Dental has been SO GREAT. Dr. Matt and Dr. Maggie are so nice and caring, and I’ve loved all the dental technicians too. Everyone is so kind and always remembers you. Today I had Stacy and she was so sweet and easy to chat with. The workers at generations make going to the dentist a treat rather than a chore! I love it here and recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!
This place is amazing. They treat you so kindly and Dr Maggie is eager to give you the best care and the most comfortable experience. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and accommodating. This isn’t an office if you’re afraid, they won’t work with you. This isn’t a place you need to be afraid. After decades of dental work, I’ve only found 2 places that I feel comfortable… Generations Family Dental is one of those places. Great for kids, and adults with dental ptsd. If I could give 10 stars I would!
We were with Dr. Molten for over 20 years until he retired and later when generations took over we really liked the cozy family atmosphere at the menomonee falls office, then one day about 10 days after our cleaning appt., we received a letter in the mail telling us the menomonee falls office was closing, we didn't like the new office so we we looked elsewhere for a more family orientated dentist.problem is, the grass is not always greener on the other side, we are not happy with the technical expertise or experience of our new dentist. We always knew that Dr Maggie was and is an exceptional dentist, that was never in question, We have yet to speak with Dahlia about this, but we are both wanting to come back to generations, Dr Maggie is very good at what she does, we do not know the rest of the staff except for Dahlia who is now the operations manager but we had her many times in the old office as a hygienist and she is top notch as well. If you want a highly qualified, friendly, amicable dentist do not hesitate to choose generations, you will not be disappointed.
Wow this place has gotten expensive and greedy… Really too bad it was a very nice de ntist
