Extraordinary in every way! Warmly greeted by the staff at the reception desk, same with the assistants who call your name and walk you back to a room. Every staff person you meet along the way greets you. Dr. Broz is amazing - so gentle and caring, thoroughly explains every detail of the procedure and fixes the problem. Her assistants are wonderful, and very attentive. Highly recommend Wauwatosa Family Dental - they honestly make you feel like family! I actually look forward to my every visit!

I want to sincerely thank Dr. French and his two wonderful nurses for the outstanding care and kindness they showed me during my dental implant procedure. After four and a half hours of hard work, they made sure everything was done perfectly and kept me comfortable the entire time. I truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and support. I’m very grateful for a job well done and couldn’t be happier with the temporary set. Thank you all so much! Definitely i recommend the Wauwatosa Family Dental.

The front desk staff are welcoming, lots of smiles!! Love that Dr Nicky and her assistant made my comfort their top priority, they both were kind and empathetic. I would never go anywhere else for my dental needs!!!

my first visit was a success! the waiting room is cute and cozy, with complimentary water. marlene at reception was extremely helpful and patient during my scheduling and check in process. my hygienist tony was quick and thorough with the x-rays and cleaning, and dr broz is very kind! i want to thank the entire staff for being warm and welcoming as finding a new office can be stressful.

Today I had a dentist appointment, and I want to take a moment to recognize Dr. Matthew Boeker and his amazing assistant Liz. I’ll be honest—I am terrified of the dentist. I was extremely anxious and even cried because of how scared I was. From the moment Dr. Boeker walked in, he treated me with so much patience, compassion, and understanding. He never rushed me, never made me feel embarrassed, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a calm and reassuring way. His gentle approach truly made a difference for me. Liz was just as incredible. She was kind, comforting, and attentive, constantly checking on me and making sure I was okay. Her presence alone helped ease my nerves more than she probably realizes. Because of Dr. Boeker and Liz, what could have been a traumatic experience turned into one where I felt heard, respected, and cared for. If you’re someone who struggles with dental anxiety like I do, I cannot recommend this team enough. They truly go above and beyond to make their patients feel safe. Thank you both for your kindness—it meant more to me than you know.

The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and personable. Since becoming a patient at this dental office, my visits have transformed from something I dreaded as a child into an experience I genuinely look forward to. Their upbeat music playlist is always a highlight and often has me tapping my feet in the chair.

I strongly recommend confirming coverage with your insurance provider before scheduling any appointments here. I was told upfront that all of my visits would be covered at 100%, but I later received a bill for nearly $500 just for the initial appointments. When I contacted the office to explain that I had been assured the services would be fully covered—and that I wasn’t prepared for such a large unexpected expense—I felt my concerns were not handled professionally. Instead, I was told the balance could be sent to collections, which was very frustrating. I ultimately canceled all future appointments due to this experience. Additionally, I had concerns about the treatment recommendations. I was told I had multiple cavities and cracked crowns, but only one cavity could be clearly identified, which I was already aware of. The others were not evident to me on the X-rays. I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere, and none of the additional issues were confirmed. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would encourage others to do thorough research and ask detailed questions before proceeding with treatment here.
