Cannot thank this team enough for their work in saving me from days tooth pain and complete loss in faith of the dental industry. I believe they will have a story to share. The Viking tooth extraction. I appreciate the patience and the care. I feel good about this office.

I honestly didnt want to rate them this low. Ive been coming here since I was a kid and never had an issue. This was the first time I've felt like they were more focused on quantity instead of quality. The dentist was unable to finish what they started, so they told me to come back another time(2 weeks later). They also didnt fix my bite, so it felt like I had a rock on my back molar which was extremely uncomfortable. While scheduling the 2nd half of the procedure, I paid the total cost for both visits and I double checked with the receptionis so that I wouldn't have to pay anything on the 2nd visit. After finishing the 2nd visit, they told me I owed more. I asked if it was a mistake and they said they didnt charge me the total for both visits and apologized but still made me pay for their mistake.

Called them to verify my plan was in network and gave them all my plan info. They confirmed I was good to go. Took time off work and drove 30 minutes for appointment to find out not in network. I also emailed them to report what happened without a response. Instead of addressing this issue they respond to my original post with a canned call the office response.

My daughter was very anxious about her first cavity. Everyone was so amazing with her. I can’t recommend them enough! If you want patience, people who truly listen, and incredible care, Metro Dentalcare is the best!

Dr. Beni is by far the kindest person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She took the time I needed to understand my diagnosis and explained all of my dental problems to me in a nonjudgmental way. I’d give her 10/5 stars!!!

Dr. Bene and Kim were friendly, proficient, and flexible. After an exam, I needed a procedure. Because of a cancelation, Dr. Bene offered to do the procedure then and did. It took longer than they expected, but Dr. Bene and Kim stuck with it, finished competently, and moved to the next patient as soon as they were done. I was impressed with their professionalism and am glad to work with Dr. Bene and her team.

Best dental hygienist I've seen to date (Senait). Office is nice, clean and easy to find. The online scheduling was nice, though I ended up scheduled for an intake appointment instead of a cleaning. They sent me a preregistration link and I was able to provide much of the information they needed in advance, but I had to complete the ROI for my prior records on site. They moved me into a cleaning appointment and had received my records before the appointment was over. The dentist looked at my teeth and offered a referral for Ortho. Overall excellent experience.
