Well, well, well. Looks like someone has been doing some upgrades. And they look fantabulous. New word, lol. Anyway, I had to delete an old review to make this one. There are a few updates. To start my hygienist Kathleen is no longer on site. That makes me sad. However, the other ladies who have waited on me seem to be doing just fine. Everyone is professional and friendly. And to be able to say I'm going to the dentist without an ounce of anxiety is a true testament to the level of care with this team. Moving on, I stopped in today 11/21/25 and noticed that the place had some recent renovations. And it looks great! Even the parking lot has been repaved! Very nice! I posted some pics for your viewing pleasure. In closing, if you're looking for a friendly, professional team, Watson Pointe is your place. You won't be disappointed. I have been coming to Watson Pointe Dental for many years now and I have only great things to say about the entire staff here. The front desk ladies try to get you in as soon as possible whenever you have an emergency. The dental hygienist Anna cleans your teeth in an impeccable manner and once you have experienced her amazing skills, you will not want to have your teeth cleaned by anyone else. Of course, last but not least , there is Dr.Joe. Several years ago I had some issues with my dentist and I wanted to switch to a different dentist. Dr. Joe came highly recommended to me by another person and in all these years he consistently has proved to me over and over again that he was the right choice. In that time he has done an amazing job with all the many fillings and crowns that i got. He always listens to your issues and works on resolving them. One thing that I really liked here is that the whole team makes you feel very welcome. Another important note is that this dental office creates the dental crown immediately without the need for a temporary crown.

My appt was prompt and went perfect. Dr Olivia and her staff were so attentive to my comfort. They offered a blanket and made sure I was completely numb before starting my filling. I was completely dreading it and they made it a great experience. Thank you!

My cleaning was thorough and they did an excellent job on my fillings. Everything was smooth and painless. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!

I’ve been with this office for over five years now—as a patient, then as an assistant, and now back as a patient again—and that alone says a lot about the quality of care here. Kim was my hygienist, and she has always been consistently helpful, friendly, and thorough. You can genuinely tell that she cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure they’re comfortable and well-informed. Dr. Olivia Collins was the doctor who saw me, and she was very friendly and professional. I really appreciated her expertise and the way she explained things clearly without feeling rushed. The front office staff is always welcoming and helpful, and they’re great about answering questions and making the visit run smoothly. Overall, this office continues to be a place I trust and would absolutely recommend.

I had a serious dental crack 30 years ago for which I tried so very many dentists in so many cities where I lived, and the only person who truly helped me was Dr Grimaud at Watson Pointe Dental. Most recently the tooth finally actually broke, and his lovely staff fit me in quickly and he took time to fix the problem immediately. I am SO grateful!

This was my first visit here, and it was very disappointing. Multiple people did not communicate with me about what was happening. I felt like I was on an assembly line being examined without any explanation, until the end of the visit when I asked. I even had to request the use of a dental suction because I was sitting there with blood in my mouth. After my screening and examination, I was told the dental hygienist would share the results, not the dentist himself. The hygienist shared the cost breakdown for my future visits. I appreciate the front desk staff who provided an apology for sending the 10-page intake form the night before and for their patience (*additional star for them). However, if you want individualized, patient-cented care, I do not recommend coming here.
