Crestwood Dental Group of St. Louis

More than 7 years ago, I went on the thrilling adventure of finding a new dentist (everyone’s favorite hobby) and kept seeing glowing 5-star reviews for Crestwood Dental Group in Crestwood. I figured it had to be too good to be true—like a parking spot right by the front door. Happy to report: it’s the real deal. Beyond excellent preventative care from their amazing hygienists, I’ve asked them to tackle a whole highlight reel of dental challenges—implants, crowns, cosmetic work, whitening, and even the occasional "I need your help now" emergency visit. Dr. Maxwell and his whole team of dental professionals are very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind, and they somehow manage to make even the not-so-fun appointments feel manageable (and, dare I say, worth it). For the first time in my life, I have a smile I’m actually excited to show. (Sorry, no pictures).

First time using this dental office yesterday for a cleaning and an exam. It went perfect for me. Tiffany was great and my comfort level was 100%.. I am a disabled veteran and they took care of me well. Dr. Maxwell is down to earth also actually talked with me for a while. Actually, can’t wait to get back to get some teeth fixed. Thanks Brad

Wonderful office and staff. Dr. Maxwell is so nice and knowledgeable. My former dentist retired and having him for so long it was hard to know who to trust and Dr Maxwell and his staff are the ones. Totally wonderful and it’s nice to have a dentist you look forward to seeing.

Such a great office! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming as a new patient. The doctor was wonderful! He sat and got to know me some before checking out my teeth. I really appreciated how personable he was and you can tell his staff enjoyed that.

Great experience. Dentist and hygienist could’t have been nicer! Both spent a lot of time with me and made me feel comfortable. Both were genuinely nice and so very personable.

Absolutely Avoid this office. I was told I was required by law to get X-rays — not recommended, not suggested… required. That is simply not true, and it felt like they were attempting to force me into treatment instead of respecting my right to make informed decisions about my own care. I called to address it and resolve things professionally, but nothing was handled in a reassuring or transparent way. I canceled my appointment and went elsewhere. Then, completely out of nowhere, they mailed me a bill for $202 — even though I have not received a single service from them in over a year. No visit. No treatment. No clear explanation. No proof of any dental service done. Pressure, misinformation, and unexplained billing are not things anyone should have to deal with from a healthcare provider. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others think carefully before trusting this office. And to this day they refuse to return my calls or emails regarding the "bill" that they sent me.

I came to Crestwood Dental Group to have my teeth whitened. I had my teeth whitened before at a different facility and was not pleased with the results. Wow, what a great experience I had with Tiffany. She was informative, gentle, and thorough. She did an excellent job and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend going to see Tiffany if you want an outstanding job having your teeth whitened.
