Keith B. Wong, DDS, MS Specialist in Orthodontics

I've been a patient of Dr. Wong's for over 2 years now, and it's been a phenomenal experience so far. I have a particularly difficult clinical case involving pre and post surgical teeth alignment, and I suspect I've had to ask more questions and attend more one off appointments than the average customer. Regardless, my experience with the staff each visit has been nothing but wonderful. The best example of this were the two visits right before and after my surgery, where Shannon took great care to adhere and subsequently remove special attachments to my teeth. As a risk-averse person, I naturally asked a ton of questions, but Shannon was very happy to answer them all and made me feel very comfortable in my orthodontic journey. For anyone looking at orthodontic treatment and/or specifically invisalign, I would highly recommend starting here.

I had an excellent Invisalign experience with Dr. Wong and his team! As an adult wanting to fix my teeth, Invisalign was the best way to go. Another orthodontist told me I could only do braces but I got a second opinion with Dr. Wong and I’m so glad I did! Their process from start to finish was extremely organized and it included a remote process for checking my progress without having to go into their office as often for appointments. I am finishing my Invisalign right on time for what they estimated. Highly recommend!

The best service and experience I could have imagined. Thank you to Dr. Wong and your entire team! I had braces on my lower teeth, and then Invisalign, and I felt very cared for during the entire process. My treatment took awhile (not their fault at all—COVID-19 hit after I had started treatment, and during this time I was impacted by chronic migraines and other non-ortho dental work as well)—and Dr. Wong and his team were incredibly patient through it all. Dr. Wong is an artist I am very, very happy with how my teeth turned out. If you need any ortho work, I can't recommend Dr. Wong enough!

Can’t recommend Dr. Wong enough. He is the most efficient, thoughtful, and professional orthodontist I've ever met. The staff is also exceptional, and Dr. Wong is always incredibly attentive. As a teenager, I had a few unpleasant experiences with orthodontists, which left me unhappy with the look of my teeth as an adult. However, after visiting Dr. Wong and starting my Invisalign treatment, the results have been amazing. I've never had such a positive experience with any doctor before. I highly recommend Dr. Wong and his team!

Dr. Wong and his staff are truly incredible. They are patient, supportive, and genuinely care about their patients. I saw Dr. Wong regularly for nearly 2 years and he was always kind and showed great knowledge and skill. Pricing is transparent and, unlike other orthodontists, there aren’t lots of hidden fees and add ons down the road. Choosing Dr. Wong for my Invisalign treatment was one of the best decisions I’ve made. He’s incredibly skilled and thoughtful in how he approaches each treatment plan. I always felt heard and supported when I brought up questions or mentioned areas of my smile I wanted to improve. Even when I moved across the country toward the end of my treatment, Dr. Wong made it easy to stay on track with regular virtual check-ins and clear guidance. His staff is also wonderfully kind and professional, which made every visit a great experience. ******My experiences with Keith Wong were extremely disappointing. I felt dismissed, talked down to, and blamed for concerns I was trying to communicate. Instead of listening or taking ANY accountability, he minimized what I said and responded in a way that felt condescending and gaslighting in nature. Rather than addressing the issues at hand, he deflected, made belittling comments, and got up and left me feeling invalidated and unheard AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. You will NOT get time if you are not an ideal case or passive person that approves everything without any feedback. The lack of professionalism and the overall tone of the interactions were deeply upsetting and not something any patient should have to experience. I see a lot of providers in regularly just wanted to share this incase it helped someone from feeling this way. 🙏🏽
