My husband recent had an appointment at this office and it was a great experience! The office is so nice and clean. The front office staff was very inviting and friendly. The dentist Dr. Purewal was very knowledgeable and great and provided excellent service. We didn’t have long wait times at all. I highly recommend this office.

I have had a toothache for about 3 days, and I have already maxed out my insurance. I was also traveling soon which added to my anxiety. I was lucky to find this dental clinic that offers a $75 dental consultation, and they were prompt in responding to me and scheduling an appointment. They were also really friendly and my visit was pleasant. It was a drastic contrast to the last emergency clinic I tried to go first. I’m glad that I found this clinic. The doctor and the staff are nice.

Extreme frustrating to deal with front desk staff. I REACHED OUT To them, to confirm my appointment, confirm my insurance was organized, and everything was prepared for appt. After resending insurance, going back and forth, finalizing insurance, I once again confirmed that everything was set for appointment, 3 days before appointment I got a email my appointment that I booked a month in advance was CANCELED for no reason and given to another patient. If I had no followed up and being proactive this would not have happened AND further more I was never notified of my appointment being cancelled and would have drove all the way there. I also have waited on hold for 10+ minutes every time I call with zero customer support or help to address the matter.
