I am extremely disappointed with this dental office and how they handled my orthodontic insurance case. 1. Before starting my treatment, they should have verified whether my insurance for that year actually covered orthodontics. Because they failed to do so, I ended up paying out of pocket for an entire year. 2. I already switched to a new insurance plan this year that DOES provide orthodontic coverage, yet they still have not properly processed my insurance claims. 3. Every single time they promised they would "take care of it," nothing happened. They repeatedly promised to call me back with updates, but never did. 4. At this point, I honestly do not know how to communicate with this office anymore. I have been trying to resolve this issue since January, and every time I contact them, they just tell me to "wait." Months have passed, and they still do not understand my situation or provide any real resolution. They keep saying they will handle it, but nothing ever gets done. This level of incompetence, poor communication, and lack of responsibility is completely unacceptable. Patients should not have to chase a dental office for months just to get basic insurance processing handled properly. I would strongly recommend others think carefully before trusting this office with orthodontic treatment or insurance matters.

Well another great experience at Bright Now Dental, so far the cleanings and cavity work I’ve had done have all been positive. After getting on Medicare they were the 3rd dental office I had gone to , the other two were terrible. They tried to over charge me and their work was rough, both were reported. So far , nothing but good things to say about Bright Now Dental.👍🏻✌🏼😊

Everyone is really nice and polite. I go once a month for my braces. It’s never a long wait at all 2 minute wait the most. Such a good place to go too. Highly recommended place to go if you need braces.

The office was clean, well lit, and organized with helpful staff. The dental assistant was great and friendly. But the dentist was professional but cold in attitude and just suggested procedures that I didn’t feel were 100% necessary not discuss my concerns regarding them. When I asked about a cleaning (X-rays and a cleaning were my main reasons for being there as an initial appointment) she kind of blew the cleaning off and said that an office member would be in with an estimate for the proposed work that was needed and if a hygienist was available, they’d do my cleaning. Many items on the proposed work order were not covered under my insurance and I was denied my cleaning. I denied moving forward with the recommendations for future procedure because I am not having any current issues with my teeth. No cavities were brought to my attention. I was disappointed that my request for a cleaning was denied because of gingivitis concerns. I don’t know if I will continue with this dentist for future appointments.

I was given a next day appointment. I was treated very well, the x-ray tech was very knowledgeable and very professional. My exam was quick, precise, and informative. I was given my plan information and cost immediately. Not having insurance I needed time to decide. I was charged a discount price for my visit, which was more then fair. I hope to return for treatment later. The staff are very professional.

I came into Bright Now Dental, signing up for a cleaning was super easy as it was done through their main website in which I had set up an appoitment at 3pm. I was really excited to get an appointment thinking the time would get reserved for me and I would not have to wait to get service. I got there roughly around 3:06 and decided to leave around 4:30 after growing frustrated with not being able to get my cleaning done. When asked if i would get called up anytime soon I was told it would be in the next 10-15 minutes but continously sat their hearing others being called ahead of me. Wouldn't reccomend unless you have all day free to wait for a celeaning.

Brite Now Dental was a very positive experience for me. Helpful, pleasant staff that went out of their way to assure my comfort and understanding of my diagnosis and financial options. Recommend them highly.
