Stone Oak Orthodontics - Dominion

Really a beautiful office and super accommodating. We were referred here from my son’s general dentist and very glad we came. The staff are super welcoming, they have an emotional support animal for anxious kiddos to be with during their treatment, games for kiddos waiting in the lobby and the best part (as a tired parent)… massage chairs and a balcony you can relax on while your child gets their treatment. I definitely have an awesome first impression of this place and we’re excited to start our journey with them.

I had my consultation today at the Dominion location of Stone Oak Orthodontics and it was a great experience. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor had great energy and took the time to explain everything clearly during the consultation. The X-ray technician was awesome and made the imaging process quick and easy. I also want to give a big thank you to Mylene, the treatment coordinator, who was incredibly helpful explaining the entire process, answering all my questions, and making everything very easy to understand. The office is very clean, organized, and the service was excellent. After today’s visit, I feel confident moving forward and will be signing my contract to start my Invisalign treatment. Highly recommend Stone Oak Orthodontics to anyone looking for a great orthodontist in the Dominion / San Antonio area.

One of the best Orthodontics I have ever been to, I took my kids here for an appointment and was not disappointed. The facility itself is new clean and has a very nice smell. There are arcade games for the kiddos, as well as massage chairs? (Yeah that one threw me for a loop and eventually I will have to use them). They also have chairs with phone chargers in them as well as the wireless pads (find me another location that has more I dare you). They have good financing packages and do a very good job explaining them in detail. The price point is likely due to the proprietary brackets one of their Dr's invented (dude is literally an engineer and a dentist which is a wild combo). They are especially good with children and I wish they were doing my dental work but hindsight is 50/50. 10/10 would recommend, get a spot while they have them.

Stone Oak Orthodontics provided outstanding customer service from the moment we walked in. From the beginning, everyone made us feel welcomed and cared for. Our experience with Treatment Coordinator Mylene Decker and Dr. Robert Ray Cesar was truly exceptional. Ms. Decker and Dr. Ray took the time to explain everything in a way that was clear, thorough, and easy for our family to understand. They carefully reviewed the best orthodontic and airway-focused treatment plan for my three boys, and we were very impressed by their holistic approach. It was clear that they were not just focused on straightening teeth, but on providing the best overall treatment for my children’s long-term health and well-being. I have been to many dentists and orthodontists over the years, and I can honestly say we have never had treatments explained to us the way Dr. Ray explained them. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Ms. Decker was equally amazing. She explained the payment options clearly and worked with us in a way that was professional, kind, and truly second to none. Her customer service was exceptional. Overall, our experience at Stone Oak Orthodontics was excellent, and I highly recommend them to any family looking for quality orthodontic care, airway-focused treatment, and a team that truly puts patients first.

She’s officially out of braces, and now she can’t stop smiling!🤩 She had an amazing experience throughout the entire process. Every doctor and team member was so friendly, welcoming, and patient. They explained every detail to Madison from start to finish, which made her feel comfortable and confident the whole way through. The office is beautiful and always spotless. The front office staff delivers excellent customer service — they truly make you feel valued every time you walk in. Overall, this is the BEST orthodontic office. I was extremely excited take my daughter here as soon as we walked into the office. This was our first visit to the office and everyone was so friendly! I was impressed with the cleanliness, organization, and communication from every person in the office. My daughter felt very comfortable and was spoken to and explained the process to her. She was spoken and explained thoroughly what things meant which made her feel like a "grown up". Mylene was so sweet and just a pleasure to sit and talk with, she explained everything very well! Dr. Ray was amazing with my daughter, gave her "homework" to get her last baby tooth out. He was super friendly, answered all of my questions and my daughters questions!! We are very excited to have found a great "home" where we are comfortable and have support along my daughters braces journey! I would highly recommend taking your children and yourself to this practice, you wont regret it!
