The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly gentle, making each appointment comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and care for their patients truly sets them apart. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive orthodontic experience!

My daughter went in today because a wire was poking her cheek, and as always, the orthodontist’s office went above and beyond! They were able to get her in the very next morning , they’re always so accommodating, kind, and attentive whenever we call. From check-in to check-out, the staff is consistently courteous and genuinely caring. But today was extra special. I had to bring my toddler along, and the orthodontic assistant invited her to "help" by putting on gloves and a mask, pretending to assist with her sister’s appointment. She had no idea it was my toddler’s birthday, but that small act of kindness absolutely made her day (and mine!). We’ve been coming here for years (2nd child in braces), and every visit has been great, but today truly touched my heart. Thank you for always making our experience not just professional, but personal and memorable.

We love Ferris Ortho! Everyone there is so nice and helpful; both, the ladies and doctors. The process has been so easy; they give the kids very clear instructions and all the support they need with rubber bands, pictures, and help with mistakes, etc. The doctors are very knowledgeable, they have the program down! It is then on your kid to do their homework and keep the process going smoothly. Up til now, I can say it is worth the expense & sacrifice that it is for our children to have a nice smile and mouth structure. Thank you Ferris Family!

I had my first visit to Ferris Orthodontics May 6, 2026. I had gone to the wrong location. 😜 I only needed my The staff was so accommodating. They said it happens all of the time. They were able to fit me into the schedule within 30 minutes. I only needed my fixed retainer repaired. Everyone was incredibly personable. They were efficient but not rushed. The equipment top notch. Five stars.

This practice is simply fabulous. From greeting to leaving you are meeting an endearing staff with each and every person becoming a friend. Dr Ferris is truly amazing with wonderful technical and people skills he moves from consultation with a 74 year old to laughing with a 7 year old who is proudly singing Christmas carols . He does this with the ease and alacrity of an old fashioned community doctor who has known you from infancy. This office should be the pattern for improvement of our ailing medical system. Just fabulous.

Over the past few months, we've been visiting Ferris for my older daughter's braces. Yesterday, while we were waiting for her adjustment, the dentist kindly invited my younger daughter to join in by putting on gloves and assisting with the check-up. It was incredibly sweet and made the visit enjoyable for everyone.
