Ideal Dental Road Runner

Love this location it’s around the corner from my residence, very convenient. The staff is wonderful. Dr Trinidad was out so I was attended by Dr Eagan. She was very polite and explained everything in detail. She made recommendations for me to do at home. The only thing is the office is all black and gray. It could use bright colors to lower out stress level Lol. Otherwise I'm really happy with this dental office. (Ms. Torres)

I loved this office! Everyone there was helpful, accommodating and happy. They listened to my questions and concerns and made my experience great one. The doctors and assistants were so professional and treated me like I mattered. So grateful to everyone there. You were awesome! Especially the assistant to the oral surgeon. He made me laugh getting me through a tough tooth extraction. Thank you guys!

This is my first visit of many to come. I am thoroughly satisfied. I appreciate the professionalism from the front office staff, Cindy and Angela. They were both very thorough with explaining my coverage and cost. Enrique was awesome! His personality helped me to relax and enjoy my visit. He explained every step and is very relatable. Dr. Trinidad is a must have as a dentist. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and explains with care. Thank you all so much for a much needed wonderful experience! I highly recommend this place. I am super excited and trusting for my continued care.

I have been going here for about 2 years now and everything has been great. I originally came to this business because a previous dentistry was unable to identify a massive cavity which then developed into a larger problem. So, I sought out and found Ideal Dental Road Runner and they were able to fix my cavity. They also do free bite adjustments, free gum and teeth health advice, and the staff is lovely on top of all their skillful work.

The most amazing dentist I have ever been to! I do not like going to the dentist but they changed my experience for the better on that. They make you so comfortable and walk you through everything and make sure you understand. Prices are reasonable and they do not try to scam you, if you know what I mean. They are honest with you on what you need and what you don’t need to spend money on. I’m bringing my husband here next month. Everything about them is perfect! So glad I found them. I am truly satisfied and appreciate them greatly.

Really terrible experience. This place is predatory and just a money grab. They will tell you that you need to fill small cavities immediately when a honest dentist will tell you to monitor them for now in case they grow. The overall quality of my cleaning was poor and the dental assistant glued my mouth shut with fluoride. However what actually made this worse was that they over charged me nearly $200 out of pocket for my first visit for me to only find out during my second visit. No notification, nothing. I’ve now followed up with them 5 times and still can’t seem to get a copy of my statements or a call back from any form of leadership.

I had a great experience here recently. The whole team was friendly, and the lead dental assistant, Seth, made me feel really comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend this office!
