We had a very disappointing experience with this orthodontic clinic during my niece’s braces treatment. From the beginning, there was almost no guidance provided. They did not properly explain how to wear the braces correctly, how to care for them, or what daily habits were required to get good results. For something this important and expensive, basic instructions should never be skipped, especially for a young patient. After months of treatment, the results were not what was promised. When we raised concerns, the clinic did not take responsibility or offer any real solution. Instead of reviewing the treatment plan or suggesting next steps, they simply brushed it off and acted like this was normal. There was also poor communication overall. Appointments felt rushed, questions were not answered clearly, and we never felt supported throughout the process. We trusted them with my niece’s smile, and that trust was not respected. Orthodontic treatment requires proper guidance, monitoring, and accountability. Unfortunately, this clinic failed in all three areas. I would not recommend this place to families looking for attentive care or reliable results.

Last year I picked this place kind of at random, it’s local and had good reviews and I am so glad I did! I’ve never had any orthodontic work done before but was tired of my very gappy teeth and having to floss every time I ate. Dr Nelson and his entire team were so kind and pleasant to work with. Invisalign is pretty straightforward, just do what you’re told and you’ll get good results, I had absolutely zero problems with the process. The office is very nice, it’s clean and bright and comfortable, it’s located in a good spot that’s easy to get to with lunch options and a grocery nearby so it’s easy to fit appointments into running errands. Honestly I’m just so happy I went through with this and that I picked Dr Nelson to do it, it’s been a wonderful experience and I got results I am beyond happy with. I would enthusiastically recommend Sammamish Orthodontics in a heartbeat to anyone interested in braces, my teeth are straighter, my face is more symmetrical, my little double chin has been corrected by fixing a small underbite, if I would have known the results would have been this good I would have done this years ago

Both of my kids are patients at Sammamish Orthodontic. They are very professional, doctor and staff are really nice. They have been helpful when we had unexpected issues during treatment. Great place, the only challenging part is the parking lot.

We did not have a great experience here. At. All. For busy parents this is the absolute worst place to go. Delays due to them not scheduling appts. Or ordering the next set of trays causing reuse of Invisalign trays for weeks. No communication on length of appts. What would be expected 15 minutes turned into 40 because of miscommunication. This office takes on too many clients and it’s like a factory rotating kids in and out. These office errors set our daughter back months in the process. Paying $7,000 for chaos and hassles and frustration and confusion. Is not worth it. Our 2nd child went to Issaquah used the Invisalign brand, hassle free and we saved $3,000!!!
