My son recently completed his orthodontic treatment with Dr. Rooz, including both his expander and braces, and we are extremely happy with the entire experience. The doctor was amazing—very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining every step of the process. The staff was incredibly cooperative, friendly, and well-organized, making every visit smooth and stress-free. They were also very flexible with scheduling, which was a huge help with our busy routine. The level of care and attention my son received was outstanding. Both of my kids had an amazing experience at the Porth clinic! The entire team is incredibly professional and responsive, always taking the time to answer questions and help to reschedule if we have to. From the initial consultation to getting my kid's braces adjusted, they provided top-notch care. All of the staff expertly guided me through the whole process, which altogether would take up to more than four years but we finally made it!whether it was using an expander to create space, fitting a retainer , or answering our questions in case of emergency situation. Their dedication to perfecting smiles is truly outstanding, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of orthodontic care!
