I just had a filling done for the first time in a really long time. I came in nervous and unsure what to expect since this was my first restorative appointment with Dr. Snipes. I can say the appointment went so seamless. I was in and out of there less than an hour. His bedside manner is top notch & he put my dental anxiety to ease. The restorative assistant who placed my filling (Sam) was amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable and continued to check in on me. I’ve had no problems with my filling since. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Snipes for all your restorative needs.

This was my first visit to 425 Dental, and I was very impressed. Dr. Saki explained my dental condition clearly, and Melissa, my dental hygienist did wonderful work and took X‑rays with great care. I realize now that I’ve missed out on the excellent service at 425 Dental for far too long. The front‑desk staff, Brielle and Tonya were super friendly and walked me through the cost process. Mitchee was outstanding—very patient and thorough in helping me understand my coverage. I spoke with her three or four times before seeing the dentist and hygienist, and she was always helpful. Thank you all for the excellent job you do. I will gladly recommend your office—100% trustworthy.

The 425 dental clinic is the best I have ever visited, with exceptional service provided by the front desk staff, dental assistants, and dentists. The staff member assigned to me today was extremely kind and patient, although I regretfully forgot her name. The entire team demonstrates remarkable professionalism. My appointment was a model of gentle, thoughtful, and professional care. Dr. Sakai's outstanding service was particularly noteworthy, as she took the time to understand my preferences during my initial appointment and ensured that I was fully educated throughout the process. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking exceptional dental care.

I was in a lot of pain, and even when you do your best to take care of your oral health, situations can still arise. I was so grateful to be seen at 425 Dental for an evaluation. Ronaldo was very professional and did an excellent job explaining everything and getting me prepared for the providers. Dr. Snipes clearly outlined the next steps in my treatment, and I was incredibly fortunate that the office’s endodontist, Dr. Johnson was available, everything worked out perfectly. As it turned out, I needed a root canal, and they were able to take care of it right away. I am so thankful for how smooth everything went. The camaraderie among the staff, Rachel and Kayla, along with Dr. Johnson, really made my first root canal experience easy. Best of all, once the anesthesia wore off, I had no pain and was able to return to work the same day!

I chipped my tooth on a Saturday night and every single person I came in contact with at my emergency appointment was absolutely amazing! They all worked with me so well and made sure I was comfortable, they even fixed my tooth same day! So lucky and glad I found this dental office ◡̈

425 Dental has an amazing team of talented and caring professionals combined with a state of the art system that ensures the best possible treatment for my dental needs. Vicki is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. The other hygienists are also great. Dr. Nikole is likewise great as well as Dr. Oleg and the rest of the dentists.
