For the time being. I had to reschedule my appointment because I was 1 minute past the grace period for being late....1 minute. Even though it was an intake appointment and the only thing they were going to do was X-rays and look at my mouth a bit...so it would have been a short appointment anyways. Actual words from the front desk person. 1 minute past and it was company policy. Perhaps review will change after my next visit...which had to be rescheduled for OVER 3 weeks out.

I’m convinced this place is a scam. I spent MONTHS in constant communication with the front desk receptionists and "office manager", Amy, and was thrown through hoop after hoop just trying to schedule a 20 minute appointment. I had to have my insurance send some sort of verification and I had X-rays and photos sent over from another dentistry of the chipped tooth I was trying to get filled (a literal 20 minute process). After I FINALLY confirmed that I was scheduled for the 13th, the next day I called about speaking with the proverbial dentist and was told I wasn’t scheduled until the 20th?? I’m convinced this place was never planning on actually accepting any appointment and just makes money off of meaningless x-rays and pointless exams without Actually ever doing anything. Also, the front desk staff is extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, I was yelled at and hung up on multiple Times. Go anywhere else this place is not real. ** Also I made multiple requests throughout the entire month we were in Communication to speak to the dentist and I was never allowed to speak to the actual dentist*.

Always friendly and easy to work with. Appointments are easy to get when convenient for me. Love the staff - I keep going here even though I don’t really live or work in the area anymore.

I've been going to Dr. Hartman for a few years now, and I have never had a bad experience. The entire staff, and Dr. Hartman himself, are a pleasure to work with, and they are super conscientious of your comfort and making things as pleasant as dental work can be. I had an onlay replacement recently and I felt zero pain during the entire process. Also, no hygiene shaming—just friendly, matter of fact guidance as to what is best for you. I will also say, I very very much appreciate the fact that they have zero hard sell tactics. I have had dentists before that aggressively push products/services, and/or aggressively try to force you to schedule an immediate appointment that will result in a huge out-of-pocket cost for work you may not even need done right away. 100% recommended.

I "inherited" this dentist when my former dentist, his partner, moved to another state. Yesterday was my first time seeing Dr. Hartman and I was very pleased. I was a little worried that Dr. Hartman, who specializes in cosmetic dentistry, would try to sell cosmetic procedures, but he didn't even bring them up. Very thorough yet low-key. And his staff is excellent! Natalie gave me the best teeth cleaning I've ever had, and nobody shamed me for the almost 3 year gap since my last appointment. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been going to this clinic for at least a couple decades, and we've always been very satisfied with the care we have received. Dr. Hartman took over the practice a few years ago, and he and his staff are continuing the tradition of delivering top notch dental care. The facility itself is very nice. Every thing is clean and tidy. The treatment rooms are airy and have ample natural light, plus there's TV and radio to take your mind off what's going on in your mouth. The waiting room and restroom are tastefully appointed. Reception is friendly and efficient; scheduling is proactive (text alerts are an option). There's a small parking lot, and street parking is usually available as well. A drinking fountain awaits you in the foyer. A big plus for us is that the clinic is within walking distance from our residence!

Dr. Hartman is my brother. So yah, I’m biased. But, if you want an honest dentist, who is talented and a notch above, Dr. Hartman is the best. I spent 12 years in Texas before moving back in 2019. Every single visit to a dentist resulted in additional work. Cavities, crowns, etc. I’d guess 20% of it was nessecary. I moved back to a place with no fluoride in the water, haven’t changed my dental routine, and have only needed one auxiliary treatment. His work is impeccable and he is quick. He completed my crown on a cracked tooth, my one procedure, fast and painlesslessly. No rough spots or high spots. One and done.
