Roots Dental & Dental Implant Center- Broadway

I’ve been going to Roots for my dental needs this past year. Yesterday’s appointment was amazing. Fast, efficient, friendly and best of all painless! I had a tooth pulled last winter and THAT was miraculous! The only moment of pain was in one of the shots to numb me. NEVER had another moment of pain after that. NONE! Dr. Gold is a very talented doctor and very funny to boot! KC and the rest of the crew are also wonderful!

Everyone was so kind and nice. I had the nicest person Kc from start to finish of my visit she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was great at her job as well. Everyone from start to finish was amazing. Thank you for making my visit a good one and will definitely be returning.

Great experience. Dr. Gold and his team are thorough, clear and kind, easy to come in as a new patient and feel comfortable. I never thought getting a cavity filled and 5 stars would be in the same sentence. Dr. Gold and his team made it as quick and painless as possible, and pain free after the visit!

As someone who has been truly embarrassed by the state of my teeth, I felt super welcomed by everyone I encountered at this office. They were so willing to help and I never felt judged. I left there feeling really great, and that’s saying a lot. I’m looking forward to seeing them all in the future.

This is The Best Dentist office I have ver been too from their front office who helps make sure our insurance is covering us as seniors their friendly welcoming attitude helpful scheduling text reminders to actual dentist and dental assistants all r professional yet have excellent customer service really! very personable which puts an anxious person at ease even choice of music is upbeat but soothing ! I have always had dental anxiety since young ( would rather have baby which i have had 3 ) but this team has change that! i would 100 percent recommend to anyone my husband and i r so happy we were recommended by a friend to go here!

This review is easy to write - because I had such a positive experience at Roots Dental Broadway, and am glad to share it! The entire staff was at ease and friendly, super clear in their communications with me, and the care was outstanding. I had come for a second opinion about a tooth bothering me, and the Broadway staff listened to me, tested thoroughly for the cause, and started treatment right away. Honestly, I am thrilled that I have switched to this clinic 🙂

This was my first visit. Everyone was well organized and professional and the office seems to have the latest and best technology. I haven't yet received treatment.
