Gentle Dental Washington

The procedures I had here were a check-up and cleaning. These procedures were smooth, comfortable (as can be) and professional. I think the dentists and hygenic staff are as good as they get. The location is convenient to me and parking is no problem. One note of improvement would be for the administrative / intake people to be more aware and proactive with reception because I was 15 minutes early and sat down in front of them but time passed without being addressed and soon I was counted as a missed appointment - though I was there. There are no posted signs regarding checking in. I guess this is on me too, I should have been proactive as well. We simply rescheduled and I moved on. Problem solved.

If anyone asks me about a dental office, I would definitely recommend Gentle Dental. They really take great care of their patients and make sure you feel comfortable during your visit. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I especially want to mention Hanna, who went above and beyond to help me. She was kind and made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. I truly appreciate her support. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend and have been recommending Gentle Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Very clean, organized and timely dental appointment. Staff was very efficient, explained the process of the evaluation for getting an implant. Completed the step to create a plan of action, explained my options, presented me with various cost considerations and scheduled the next steps of appointment visits, and needed medication were sent to my pharmacy choice. Though I HATE going to a dental practice, they are sometimes necessary, and this was a pretty pleasant visit and experience. The technology used during the process was very cool as well. I will be going back and recommend others to try them as well.

Beyond bummed that it took me two years to come into this office from another gentle dental and know all the work I already needed done but had to go through all the new patient protocol regardless, just to not get put on the waiting list for surgery for over a year of being with gentle dental Washington. But today was the day and I’m so grateful. They helped me immensely and everything felt smooth from my memory. They seem caring, the whole team. And I really and grateful to have this been done.

Amazing service. I'd gone in after waiting over a year for wisdom extractions. I hadn't known though it was only for a consultation, so there i am low blood pressure cuz I was following anesthesia no eat/drink protocols just in case, a year in to the worst migraines causing nausea, mouth pains and terrible sleep i start crying from it all. Explaining all the issues and pain I had for a year the beauty that was the surgical team took a look at my mouth, looked at the guy they were about to operate on and said "ok lets get you done after him." And worked so hard and quick to squeeze me in. The Thank yous I was spewing were not enough to these ladies, and I am forever grateful for them because for the first time in a year I was able to sleep and not wake to drowsy pain.

I have no complaints. My experience was seamless. The front office staff were great in explaining the billing. Dr. Bassili and his assistant answered all my questions. Dr. Bassili ensured my mouth was sufficiently anesthetized before the procedure, and he explained what he was doing as he progressed.

This is for both the Sandy location & Washington. After scheduling my son & doing an intake at Sandy, they tell me they have to send him to the Washington location for kids. Which made no sense considering they knew his age upon appt. They tried making me pay $85 on the spot & I told them to send it to insurance. That was a fight with the manager Holly but guess what? Insurance paid for it. So I had to do another intake at Washington location, schedule his surgery 7 months out for them to TEXT me the day before at 2 in the afternoon to tell me they no longer had a surgeon to perform the surgery & we’re cancelling. A TEXT. The audacity when if you’re more than 10 mins late you get your appt cancelled. Gentle dental in a whole is a scam & an absolute waste of peoples time. 10/10 don’t recommend.
