Been here twice and had very nice experiences both times (initial consult, filling). Despite likely being understaffed for the number of people they need to serve, they really make an effort to see you as quickly as possible. The dental assistants are very sweet and nice to chat with. The dentists always make sure I'm comfortable, and the answers my questions if I have any. It did take a very long time to be seen the first time, but after that, it's much easier to book appointments that aren't so far out on the calendar.

THE Dentist was able to pull my teeth out ,After I signed stating that I definitely wanted them puled, He opened all the packaging of his shiny tools, Everything was Clean ,He numbed the Area and asked me to keep right hand down out of his work space so nobody got "hurt"Im sore But very pleased, there is no more constant pain.I do want to add The Dental Aid that the Dentist had was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. Front Desk receptionist are Amazingly Refreshing to see with their smiles! When you go in to get your dental work done.Thank u!

Amanda was my Dental Assistant! We all know going to the dentist can be not so fun, but she was SO sweet, made me laugh, and so comfortable! The front desk was awesome to also find appointments that were soon so I didn't have to wait too long to get done what I needed done! They're wonderful there! I even have to go to them on my birthday and I'm grateful if that says anything. Wonderful place all around! 🙂

The treatment itself was 5 stars. Very nice, very professional. It is extremely difficult to get appointments. I waited 10 months for this appointment and will have waited 1 year and a month for a cleaning. The staff however is great....

The doctor and nurse i had were absolutely amazing. They helped with what I needed and if I was uncomfortable or even looked nervous they were there to comfort me through everything. Thank you for making my visit a lot easier! I believe the nurse name was Kelly? But, im not too sure. She was an absute doll!

Megan was an AMAZING hygienist. My daughter needed a cleaning extremely bad and was terrified to have it done. She made the process easy and did the best job possible. She was kind and took her time. She helped her understand how important it was to keep up her dental hygiene and with the most compassion. We had a 7am appointment and she was so amazing even so early in the morning. I can’t say enough good things about her.

This review is going to be unique to me or people who have a bariatric wheelchair or wider mobility equipment like I do. I need 37 inches clearance to enter any door. The parking lot at this place is great. The main lobby entrance and elevator are great. The dentist office is on the 3rd floor. I have gone here for years in smaller wheelchairs and had little to no issues then. This time though, I called 3 times PRIOR to my appt to make sure if the door to the clinic/exam areas was wide enough because I remember it not being very wide. I was told every time that it "should be fine." I even asked them to measure the doorway. Same answer. When I got there, sure enough, it wasn't wide enough for my specific chair. It would have been if not for the glass window next to the door. If that had been taken out during their recent remodel and doorway extended, i would have been fine. At least as far as that door goes. Who knows about the ones in the actual dental area because I couldn't even access the waiting room. I waited around for the staff to try to come up with a solution, and they did try. (the receptionist was GREAT and very apologetic. This wasnt her fault.) Both my partner (seen in photo) and I are disabled and the door was just wide enough for him and his cane. It is technically ada accessible but the problem is that most buildings are only accessible to the bare minimum. 32-34 inches is standard most of the time. I am having this issue everywhere i go, but I feel this is absolutely unacceptable for a medical building no matter what. Especially when I tried to call prior in case I needed to make other arrangements. They did refer me to another location but in tigard. I live in gresham. That is not feasible for me for a routine dental exam. The staff were polite and everything was clean and bright. I did witness a food delivery driver in the parking lot park illegally in the loading zone in a disabled parking spot rignt next to my spot though. And it did affect someone else. Someone else was unable to park up close because this driver made the spot inaccessible for a disabled person needing the loading zone. Which is the whole point. I told the driver he could not park there and that it was illegal. He said he knew and got out of there fast. Maybe staff in this building can notify food delivery people not to park in disabled parking, and especially not the loading zones (ever) if they dont have a placard. Not even for 2 minutes. I appreciate the receptionist trying to remedy the situation but it shouldn't have happened at all.
