Getting braces as an adult is not exactly something most people look forward to. I walked into Smile Doctors by DN Ortho - Metairie a little nervous and unsure of what the process would be like. From day one, they completely changed that experience. They have made the entire journey smooth, supportive, and honestly enjoyable. One thing that really stood out to me is their partnership with other Smile Doctors offices. If something unexpected happens (like a loose spring or bent wire), you’re never stuck waiting. Because of their national network, there’s always somewhere you can be seen. I even had an issue while traveling for work in Tennessee and was able to get help there, talk about peace of mind. The staff truly treat you like family. Walking through the door and being greeted by name immediately sets the tone that you’re not just another appointment on the schedule. Special shoutout to my amazing care team: Alissa, Kait, and Cece. From Alissa’s warm welcome at the front desk to the expertise, professionalism, and accountability of the clinical team in the back, they make every visit feel personal and intentional. If you’re an adult thinking about braces and feeling a little hesitant like I was, this is the place you want to be. 10/10 highly recommend. They don’t just straighten teeth… they make the whole experience feel easy.

Such a great experience! The staff was incredibly sweet, very fast, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. They were also very educational and took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan so I knew exactly what to expect. I really appreciated how patient and thorough they were. Highly recommend!

My son got his top braces today and will follow up in January for his bottom. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with lots of information. Their bedside manners were absolutely wonderful. We had refreshments , decorated ornaments and we watched tv while we waited. My son loved his experience and said he felt confident and comfortable immediately.

This was a amazing experience! My smile coordinator name was Blythe she was amazing and answered my questions she was very knowledgeable and had great communication skills. Dr Hailey came in and she sealed the deal. Also knowledgeable and extremely professional. The place is very neat and clean and I watched another tech wiping and sanitizing a chair as someone got out of it. Treatment plan process was fair and lots of reasonable options.

From start to finish, my experience was amazing. The front desk was super quick. The dental assistant Navaeh was super sweet. Taylor was so kind and helpful, and Dr. Haley Bui made the whole process easy and stress free. I was able to get my braces the same day with a low down payment, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend to anyone considering braces!

Our experience want great! Dr. Lei and her staff listened to our concerns and came up with a treatment plan. They were able to start immediately! The office was clean and the staff was very welcoming!!!
