Gottsegen Orthodontics: Metairie Location

had a great experience at Gottsegen Orthodontics in Metairie. They were able to get me in for an appointment on short notice, which I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived, everyone was pleasant, welcoming, and professional. The staff took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I’m very grateful for their flexibility and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic care!

Dr. Gottsegen has been my orthodontist since I was in lower school. I’ve never gone to anyone else. He’s given me great results and his whole staff is truly one of a kind. I’ve never had any complaints and it always feels like home. They’re so accommodating. Professional and so kind hearted. Genuine people. Dr. Brad is truly out of this world. Excellent doctor and amazing at what he does. My whole family actually goes to him including my brother. 10+ years strong!

Dr. Gotthagen and his team are truly exceptional! I had a wire break behind my teeth that he originally placed 20 years ago—which honestly says everything about the quality of his work. How many things last that long these days?! They got me in quickly and fixed it in no time. While we were there, my husband mentioned a loose bracket on his permanent retainer, and they took care of that on the spot too. The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and Dr. Gotthagen (Brad) makes every visit feel easy and comfortable. It’s rare to find a practice that’s this efficient and this genuinely pleasant. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brad is an excellent Orthodontist!!! His Dad, Marshall Gottsegen, did my sisters’ braces many many years ago, while Dr. Brad did mine and my cousins- we all have perfectly straight -natural- teeth 15 and 30 years later. I know a Gottsegen smile when I see one. The Gottsegens are highly experienced. I find Dr. Brad is super easy to work with, approachable, - the best in the city of Nola- truly. I really like the office staff too!! The ladies are soooo accommodating- I live out of state and I can’t express my gratitude towards Brittany enough for how helpful she always is with me.
