Wow!! Whwre do i even start?? I was extremely nervous when i first got here to start on my complete extractions on top and bottom but the staff took the time to talk with me until i felt better.. Dr.Urbina took the time to talk with me explaining what was goin to happen as she was extracting while massaging my jaw.. They make u feel like family.. When i came back to do my bottom set of extractoons, Ms.Chrisemelly took the time to put me threw a deep massage first.. They always have this beautiful smile towards me giving hugs each time we see one another.. Dr.Urbina and staff TRULY CARE and make u feel at home. If you are trying to find the right dental place for yourself, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND my friends here at New Orleans Smiles.. THEY ARE THE BEST AND SO PROFESSIONAL with so much compassion. Dr. Urbina and her team are amazing! Ms. Carmen, Denisse, and Paula were all super friendly and helpful the whole time. They made me feel really comfortable and took great care of me. You can tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend!
