I have not been to the dentist since I had my wisdom teeth taken out in 2016. I was extremely embarrassed and nervous as heck. Not only did they get me in the day after I called, but Dr. Nelson and her team made me feel so much better and I was very well taken care of. We now have a treatment plan in place to get my teeth back in shape. 100% would recommend.

Horrible experiences each time I went. It takes at least 4 months to get an appointment. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I have been a patient for a few years now. I only seen Dr Nelson once. My other appointments were handled by what seems to be students, but certainly not real dentist. They are extremely rough with your mouth!! Not helpful or professional. The lighting in the office is dark. The back office is very small and very out dated, not the cleanest environment either. Dust is everywhere.

Dr. Nelson is the best dentist I have ever been treated by. I had an ATV accident involving my teeth being smashed in my mouth years back and I have been going to her for help to save as many teeth as possible. Her preventative care has been very helpful. She has been very gentle with her procedures and even when using Lydocain, she has a way of moving the cheek and messaging the area so the injection doesn’t hurt as bad. I am from Louisiana and used to live in Lexington, KY.. and I have traveled from Louisiana just to keep my appointments with her ! I give her 10 ⭐️

I have been a patient at this office for over 10 years! The service and experience has always been A+. I remember Dr.Nelson cleaning my teeth while i was pregnant with my daughter 10 years ago and now she services both of us! Highly recommend! The front office and back office staff...impeccable!

Absolutely love this dentist !! Honestly you couldn't ask for a more kind , caring , & understanding group of people . My husband hates the dentist and it really upsets him to have to go but with Dr. Nelson he was fine she talked to him and helped him relax and she explained everything to him so the visit was a success ! Her staff is amazing as well very friendly and moved along as quickly as they could !

All I can say is wow Dr Nelson is one ☝️ of the best dentist I have encountered in my life and I been around for a long time I went in to her office yesterday in tears 😭 i had two bad teeth 🦷 that needed to come out first time of her doing any procedure on me she was very compassionate very gentle and she showed that she cared man you just don’t get that from people or even professionals anymore she will and can always get my business and my family my Moma coming my sister Inlaw I just love ❤️ her today I am pain free just a little because she removed two teeth 🦷 thank Dr Nelson.

I really love coming to Mrs. Aprille, she's down to earth and her positive demeanor keeps me coming back. She's very professional and I appreciate her services very much.
