I had an excellent experience with Dr. Nelson and staff. She provided truly top notch care and made the entire visit comfortable and stress free. Her assistant Holly started me off with her warm & caring demeanor. Holly made me feel very relaxed and assured me that I was in the best of care!! Dr. Nelson & Holly’s professionalism, attention to detail and genuine concern for patient care really stood out. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson and staff. Last, but not least, the front office staff was truly amazing as well. Explained thoroughly what my insurance covered, etc. Shout out to the whole team!!

I took my mum to Broadway Dentistry. She was very anxious but the staff was friendly , smiling and made her comfortabe. The place is clean ,we were seen within a few minutes. The dentist and her assistant were very knowledgeable and took their time explaining everything to us and we never felt rushed. I will definitely go back .

I went there today to get my front tooth fixed. I chipped it a couple of years ago. I have anxiety around going to the dentist so I was putting it off. I came here after they were recommended to me. Everyone was so nice and they did an amazing job fixing my tooth the color and the shape look so natural. It was also affordable with no insurance. I can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been going to this dentistry since I was in middle school. Many of my family members, including my daughter, come to this dentistry as well. I love this place, Dr. Nelson is wonderful, and the staff here are awesome!

Had my first appointment at Broadway Family Dentistry yesterday and was so pleased from start to finish! Having some dental anxiety (left over from childhood), finding a new dentist is always a challenge for me, but this experience put those fears to rest. Great dentist and dentist assistants but the front desk people are a little unorganized. I got a text message on Saturday about an upcoming appointment on Monday and I called the number and asked him what was the process for cancellation or if I could reschedule. I never got a call back but then I called them on Monday again and nobody answered so I just went along and confirmed it. But then today when I went in they said I had canceled it but I had never received any message or rescheduling appointment to confirm that it was actually canceled. So I wasted a work day to try to get a dentist appointment that I had accidentally canceled and because of miscommunication no one told me that it went through with the cancellation.

very thing was excellent, they took time to explain my options for tooth replacement. Highly recommend this Dentistry!
