Had a broken molar. He haphazardly "patched" it and sent me on my way. Now I'm looking at potential infection. Definitely a crown if not an extraction. Absolutely no chairside manner.
Dr. Herman is one of the kindest and caring medical professionals I have ever met. I love his sense of humor because he makes me feel very comfortable. He is very involved in his community. Dr. Herman met myself and my family on a Saturday morning, when I am sure he had other things to do, to explain to us the procedure that one of the members of my family needs. He is a born teacher, so patient and never showed any frustration in repeating answers in different ways to the same question that was asked multiple times. I know I speak for my family when I say how fortunate we are to have such a dedicated professional in our community.
Dr. Herman is good at what he does, works with all patients including the uninsured and broke and is an engaged citizen of Lexington who has participated on boards and committees to make the city a better place. It is oddly refreshing to be able to go to a top notch dentist who feels like a friend and works in my neighborhood who will spend five minutes preening and joking about how handsome he is.
Broke a tooth and Dr. Herman was the only dentist who was willing to see me on an emergency basis despite me not being a patient. I am nothing but appreciative to him and his practice. Thank you for helping me when no one else would!
Definitely a scam. Dont come here for anything important. He charged me just to tell me he didnt feel comfortable doing the extraction. So much for a dentist
