Indy Dental Health

Awful experience. They stated they accepted my insurance multiple times. I came in for a cleaning to have a bill, because their specific location does not accept my insurance. Which makes no sense, because they incorporated my dental insurance for my filling they were trying to schedule me for. Furthermore, they stated that the Indy dental health in Greenwood only accepts my insurance. The ladies at the front are very combative and do not bother to look throughly to see the in-network policies. Be careful. I triple checked and still ended up with issues that took back and forth in communication with them and my insurance to confirm if i was in-network.

I first came to this office because I needed an emergency appointment for an abscessed tooth and couldn’t get in to my normal dentist before I left for a trip the next day. They got me in ASAP so I was able to start antibiotics before leaving. I was so happy with them that I decided to switch permanently. Everyone in the office has been very kind, professional, and easy to work with. I’ve since had 2 crowns and an implant done by them and have zero complaints. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to thank the staff for a wonderful visit yesterday! LaDonna did amazing work cleaning my teeth and Stephanie and Ellen in the office had me in and out in no time flat. Everyone was super friendly and great to work with so I highly recommend!

I really like it here! Everyone’s cool, and Nelly, the dentist I usually see is super sweet and kind! And so were the dentists who worked on me today and I’m sorry, but the sedation pills had me out of it so to be honest I don’t know who worked on me, but I remember Sailor Moon was already up on screen before I sat down and for that a huge thank you, that was very thoughtful and I appreciate it. It’s funny because I remember every bit of Sailor Moon that I watched today during my appointment, but I don’t remember any of the appointment lol. But I do remember my first appointment when I went to the first part of my deep cleaning. I took sedation pills for that as well, but I think my anxiety was just too strong for it that day because the pills had done nothing. But thanks to Nelly and her being so kind I think I’m over my fear of the dentist. I still get anxious the night before, but the second time I took the pills, I was out. I don’t remember that visit at all. Same as todays, so I’m taking that as a good sign of me no longer being so scared and anxious to see the dentist. My body isn’t completely tense when I walk through those doors anymore so I can just chill and enjoy the ride with some Sailor Moon.

LaDonna is by far the most amazing hygienist I have ever been to in my life! Her compassion and thoroughness is second to none and my teeth have never felt so clean. I am always nervous when getting my teeth cleaned but her kind and gentle demeanor helped soothe my anxiety. I would recommend LaDonna to everyone I know without question!!

Had an exceptional experience here the other day. Would highly recommend this office for any individual or family, this is the best dentist's office in the entire state!!

This is a wonderful dentist office with the best staff. It is always welcoming and cared for with genuineness. Dr. Matthew Fraiz is one of the nicest, caring and professional dentists I have ever known. And at my age, I have had plenty of dentists. Have been with Indy Dental a long time and not planning on going anywhere else. The dental hygienists are super wonderful - makes teeth cleaning not so bad!! Thank you to all those at Indy Dental.
