Dr. Biggs explained everything in detail and we met both Drs. During our first visit. We had three appointments at once and Carol was so helpful, and organized! All the staff made my kids feel super comfortable. They were reasonable with steps moving forward, and made individual plans for each.

We love Biggs-Hansen! We did phase I here and had a great experience. Tried a different orthodontist for convenience for phase II for one of our kids but found that their staff was not as polite and accommodating and their treatment took much longer due to long gaps between visits. We are back at Biggs and so grateful!! It’s worth the drive. Highly recommend.

On our first visit we were greeted by the front desk receptionist who was very friendly. We saw Dr. Biggs who immediately eased my daughters nerves. He was so kind and helpful. Answered all questions we had and was very supportive. My daughter got some X-rays and scans while we were there and Brandi was so nice! We saw the dog wall of shame (dogs who chewed on kids retainers). The office had such a fun and friendly vibe. Everyone was so friendly and approachable. I look forward to our next visit!

Dr Biggs, Dr Hanson, and all the staff have been amazing for our family. Both my husband and I have undergone orthodontic care and the process was seamless from consultation to braces removal. We also have one child who has completed braces and one more getting ready for his braces adventure. They are very willing to work with a two parent working schedule and answer any questions we may have quickly and thoroughly. The waiting room is inviting and staff are friendly. Highly recommend for families needing orthodontic care!!

Dr. Biggs and Dr. Hanson talk to the kids (not just the parents) about their own care, plans, etc. and the staff sets expectations to help kids understand what is coming for them. It’s not a one size fits all experience - my 3 kids have each had very different plans based on their personal needs. We drive a bit further for what I believe is exceptional care.

Biggs Hansen is the BEST! Everyone is so thoughtful and caring, and very detail-oriented! They make each of my children feel so comfortable. We can always get an appointment easily. The whole process is so easy, I highly recommend Biggs Hansen!
