Thompson Family Dental at Nora

I came to Dr. Thompson and team without understanding how *great* dental care can be. My previous dentist was pushing me to get a number of crowns, and Dr. Thompson helped preserve my natural teeth and avoided unnecessary invasive dental treatment like crowns. They offer Bioclear and in general offer more advanced, patient-centered treatment options. I genuinely didn’t realize getting a cavity filling could be an easy experience because I’ve thought all dentists were a bit rough and there wasn’t any easier option. I would absolutely recommend this office and know anyone on their staff would be phenomenal and knowledgeable!! I drive over an hour to this office, and it’s worth it. 🙂

Where do I even begin? From the moment I walked in at the front desk to the moment I checked out, this was hands down the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had. Every single person, and I truly mean everyone, took the time to explain who they were and why they were there to help me. Dr. Thompson, you and your entire team are absolutely amazing. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and genuinely cared for, like we’d known each other for years. 🤗 10/10

I can’t say enough good things about Thompson family dental! They were so welcoming and knowledgeable. They were able to see me quickly, answer all of my questions, even educate me on some things - all with such respect, warmth and kindness. I appreciate Dr Thompson’s personal and professional skill set. She is incredibly competent as well as very detailed oriented, and thorough. There was not any pain at all for any of my procedures, and Dr Thompson and Cindy talked me through each step. Cindy worked closely with me to get scans done and was very considerate and so friendly! The office is inviting as soon as you walk in, Theresa was helpful in assisting me with payment and billing questions and getting me set up for appointments with ease. Everyone that works there genuinely seems happy and appreciated and like they enjoy working there, which speaks to them and to Dr Thompson! I am so glad I ended up choosing this office for my dental needs!
