Wai‘alae Dental Care

Tooth was sensitive when brushing my teeth this morning, made a call and they were able to get me in the day of! So rare to find a dentist that’ll do that. Anyways when I arrived was greeted with very kind receptionists at the front door. Dr.Guzman and his assistant Rachel were super cool, friendly and welcoming. Usually not comfortable with new dentist but not with them! A super awesome receptionist by the name Sarina came to show me the breakdown of the bill, she was really nice and super laid back also made the breakdown clear with no confusion whatsoever. I asked her if I could charge my dead phone since i need music to tone out drilling. She could’ve said "no we don’t do that" or "we don’t have one" but she kindly was glad to help me out and brought it back before they went to work on my teeth! That made me really happy; she made me feel like i was at home and it’s very rare to find a dental office with at the least decent personalities that aren’t fake lol. Anyways filled my cavity under 20 min! Paid my co-payment and was on my way! Will be a regular patient at Wai’alae Dental Care from here on out from this experience. Thanks again guys! 🤙🏾

This was my second time going. I went in for a regular cleaning, but needed a deep cleaning and they squeezed me in for one. Every employee is amazing here. Just really friendly vibes. And yet, amidst an already incredible staff, my hygienist today was s-class. Her name is Shane. Just great at hospitality. She was friendly, very personable, attentive to any anxieties around shots or pain from the cleaning, helped me pick out a waterpik on Amazon, and gave me very clear instructions for during & after. I'm sure I'm not describing it well, but she's really excellent at her job. It surprised me. Oh, and she wasn't just friendly, but when it was time to clean, she locked in fr fr. Obviously, you don't want to be sitting in a deep cleaning session long. I've never had one before today, but i'm pretty sure that was record time. Anyway, great spot. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Waialae dental care for 2+ years & they’re the best. They’re super fast and always make sure you are taken care of. Gavin & Flinn are super nice & funny! Definitely recommend.
