Just had my first initial visit and X-rays done here. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Jaci was very informative and straight to the point about my issues, while also giving me a clear direction on what I should do next. I know I have a long road ahead, but Dr. Jaci gave me real insight and honest feedback with tact. What really stood out to me was the personal follow-up call after my procedure. It means a lot when the doctor herself takes the time to check in instead of having a staff member do it. I’m very grateful to have found such an awesome and caring team.

I thought Dr Bryan Sato was very good and knowledgeable. I like the detail of his explanations as well as his bedside manner. This was my first visit so things were not as smooth. I called asking to schedule a dental cleaning but that wasn't handled when I first reached out. Not a big deal since I live 2 blocks away. Thought the staff was very good esp Dr Sato's assistant and the receptionist.

It’s been awhile since I’ve visited a dentist, as it makes me anxious whenever I need to get dental work done… Dr. Brenda Huynh was so nice & patient. She listened to my concerns and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. I’m so glad that I decided to go! The staff is so nice too! Thank you so much!! 🙂

Dr. Bryan Sato always does an amazing job! Heʻs very thorough, friendly and quite charismatic. I have been a patient of his father Dr. Mendel Sato (AMAZING Dentist) for years and now him. I really love how itʻs a family practice and that even the office staff are super warm and friendly!

Just wanted thank your staff for accommodating my father’s emergency during a time of need. His current dentist was not able to accommodate him due to a fire and we were lucky to get a family referral. This was his first time with Hawaii Dental Group & is very happy with the outcome. Staff is very professional & very helpful.
