Dr. Rosala and his staff run an excellent dental practice. I really appreciate Dr. Rosala’s hands on approach. He has a small office and is engaged at each step of the visit / treatment. He actually does the cleaning himself. Other offices employ hygienists to perform cleanings, but Dr. Rosala does the work himself. By doing the cleaning he’s able to get a closer look at everything and identify potential problems before they become major issues. Over the years, Dr. Rosala has also helped me with implant work. He does a wonderful job with both the installation of the implant and any follow-up work that may arise. I like that he takes ownership for, and pride in, all of his work. I look forward to the friendly atmosphere at every visit.

Dr Rosala has exceptional skills as a dentist. He made several perfect crowns for me. Also a root canal (painless). And he also did my wife’s implants himself. He’s super knowledgeable, very thorough, and gentle. Explains things carefully. And he does your routine cleaning himself. I was just there today and on my way out I told him I actually enjoy coming to his appointments, which must be rare for dentists, because I feel like I’m being well taken care of. I am a retired MD and know something about clinical competence, genuine patient concern, medical ethics and bedside manner. He’s got it all. I recommend him most highly. Best dentist I’ve ever had and feel lucky to have found him.

Dr. Rosala at Hawaii Cosmetic Dental has been my dentist since 2017. His background growing up in Germany has led to exceptional dental skills. He crafted a perfect crown for me that my daughter has only just now realized is not a real tooth. Dr. Rosala stays current with the latest methods and technology, and he even performs routine cleanings himself. I love chatting him up each time I visit, which I can’t say for any other dentist that I’ve had. My daughter also really enjoys the newly remodeled playground. My wife enjoys that there is a farmer’s market. As good as a trip to the dentist gets.

Dr. Rosala is the best dentist I ever had, he is the first dentist that I finally 100% trust. All my life I feared going to a dentist, because there were always issues with my teeth post treatment. Dr. Rosala is gentle, precise, has an amazing bedside manner, listens to your concerns, does beautiful job with cosmetic dentistry, his office is clean and neat and lastly he is very professional.
