My fiancée and I have been coming to Level Orthodontics since they first opened their doors, and I honestly cannot say enough positive things about our experience here. We both went in to get our teeth straightened, and the entire process has been remarkably smooth from day one. Dr. Alan Zhou has treated us with incredible professionalism and genuine expertise, always taking the time to thoroughly explain our treatment plans so we never feel rushed or out of the loop. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very well-run, which makes scheduling appointments surprisingly easy. The bathroom looks like one of those five star hotel bathrooms. Overall, if you’re looking for an orthodontist in Brooklyn who is knowledgeable, highly organized, and truly amazing with both adults and kids, I highly recommend Level Orthodontics!"

I would highly recommend Dr. Alan Zhou, I went to a few different dental practices and I found this to be the best. The free consultation was great, as he really explained the procedure and asked a number of questions that allowed him and myself to understand what was best for me. I felt very informed and in control as I made this time and financial commitment. During the process Dr. Alan Zhou was extremely supportive and flexible about when we would meet and I found his advise to be very helpful. At the end he was incredibly helpful in finding another dentist to carry on further restoration work. Overall it was a great experience and I am vey happy with the results, Dr Alan’s personality, professionalism and genuine commitment to help his patients really made the difference. My son Matthew had a braces emergency on a Sunday and we were lucky to find Dr. Alan Zhou. Matthew is not even a patient of Dr. Zhou, but when I called the office to explain that he was leaving the next morning for an overnight school trip and needed his braces repaired before he left, Dr. Zhou did not hesitate to help. I cannot explain how grateful I am for his willingness to help as we have already called several practices that were unable or unwilling to help. Dr. Zhou was very kind and professional leading to not only a quick and easy visit but one that left a positive impression on my son. As someone who also works in the healthcare industry, I appreciate his efficiency and friendly attitude that made a rather stressful situation much easier to handle. I would recommend his practice to anyone looking for an orthodontist who genuinely cares about patients and is willing to go above and beyond when it matters most.
