Beam Dental Williamsburg

I 100% recommend Beam Williamsburg! I've been coming to this clinic for the past 2 years and my experience has been exceptional. My main treatment was clear aligners with Dr. Hassan Khan. My initial situation was quite complicated and the process took two years, but Dr. Khan did an incredible job. The results were much better than I expected, and both he and I are extremely satisfied with the final outcome. In addition to the aligner treatment, I come in for cleanings every 3 to 4 months, and it's always a highly satisfactory experience. I especially want to highlight the entire staff, they are incredibly warm, friendly, and approachable. Communication with them is so easy, which makes every visit a breeze. An excellent team, without a doubt!

Extremely friendly, professional, and understanding staff. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and always make you feel comfortable throughout the visit. The team does an amazing job, and I highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

The orthodontists, not the dentists. Great sales team but the ortho I met with didn’t end up being my provider which felt deceiving and was only in 2 days per month which made it difficult to see them. Also almost every time I went there was an issue that I had to go back to get fixed. Everytime I went too there was always new staff and everyone always seemed upset. I finished treatment but no appointments were scheduled for follow ups even though your retainer should be updated every so often to avoid shifting so that was also a red flag from other orthos I told about this. I’ve heard great things about the dentists though!

I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office. The biggest issue was their front desk/customer service. The dentist agreed to prescribe me toothpaste, but the pharmacy never received it. I called the office, someone answered, but nothing was actually resolved. Days went by with no medication and no follow-up from the office at all. I eventually had to waste my own time going to the office in person just to ask about it. A few hours later, the pharmacy finally received the prescription, but it was the wrong one. What’s worse, 2 pharmacies I usually use don’t even have that. The doctor didn’t send the one I specifically requested and had successfully received before from another dentist without any issue. I tried calling again to follow up, but communication is terrible. There’s no proper follow-up, no email contact, and no clear way to file a complaint. Very disappointing and stressful experience.

I did orthodontics here for a year and the team was fantastic! They were helpful and transparent from financing in the beginning all the way to the end of my treatment when I moved out of town. In that situation, they collaborated with me on finishing treatment and even mailed my final aligners to my new home address.

Everyone is so friendly! My appointment was timely, easy, informative, and an overall really phenomenal experience. The office is managed well - and it’s bright and clean.

Great experience at Beam dental with both the dentists and orthodontists! I do my regular dental cleanings here as well as my Invisalign treatment. My appointments always run smoothly and the staff are very friendly!
