I love this place! ❤️ I had a really great experience here! I came in for a routine cleaning, and honestly, it was one of the easiest dental visits I’ve ever had. The staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in, and everything felt clean and well organized. The hygienist Amy was gentle but thorough, and actually took the time to explain what she was doing and gave me helpful tips. I also recommend Dr. Dmitriy for other dental works. He is very professional and honest, doesn’t push you into unnecessary treatments or selling expensive services, which is very rare to find in NY, where everything feels money driven.

A truly exceptional practice. As a new patient, I received a surprising and delightful warm greeting from the staff and Dr. Tillis himself. I was assisted in going through the iPad check-in to make it easier. The office is impeccable and the X-ray equipment is digital. It's a friendly, very personal experience with no reason at all for anxiety that often accompanies seeing the dentist.

I had a disappointing experience with Invisalign at this office. I had to go through the process twice, and even after the second round my teeth still weren’t where I wanted them to be. After the second time, I was only given one set of trays even though I paid for four. I contacted the office about it and never heard back. My wife also had Invisalign done here and her results weren’t satisfactory either. The dentist recommended that two of my teeth be chipped during the Invisalign process. When I went to a different dental office to redo the treatment, they told me that wasn’t necessary, which raised concerns for me. My wife also had a cavity filled here and it wasn’t done properly. She had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. We ended up going to another office to continue treatment. To be fair, the cleanings here were good and we had no issues with that. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for Invisalign or other dental work based on our experience.

I’m thrilled to have discovered this dental office. The care, communication, and bedside manner are all exceptional. They thoroughly explain procedures and provide all the necessary information. To top it off, they always arrive on time for appointments. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a new dental practice that values patient care.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the dentist's office. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. Dr. Kuznetsov is a skilled and caring dentist who took the time to explain my treatment plan thoroughly. The dentist explained the procedure thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Hygienist Katya was meticulous and gentle, ensuring a comfortable cleaning process. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, creating a reassuring environment. I highly recommend this dental practice for their excellent service and care.

Been already to this dentist 3 times every visit is amazing. Dentists David and Esther were amazing and gave me helpful tips. Julie the receptionist along with the male(never got his name) were also really helpful. Great dentist office overal.

Had an awesome experience here at this dental office—the doctor, staff, and office manager were all very welcoming and kind. The hygienist was wonderful this afternoon and checked in throughout the entire process. I also got a very good consult with Dr. Dimitri and a good oral surgeon recommendation to help correct a long term issue I’ve had. Thank you all again for a great experience!
