Dr. Sam is amazing at what he does! He is professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable during my visits. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but he takes the time to explain everything and makes the experience much easier. His entire staff is also wonderful everyone is friendly, welcoming, and kind. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Sam and the team at Best Dental!

I can honestly say I’ve never felt this comfortable at a dental office before. Dr. Rizk and his team are truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so welcomed and at ease, which means a lot because I usually get nervous about dental visits. Dr. Rizk is so kind, patient, and really takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel confident and cared for. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best for them. His team is just as incredible so friendly, attentive, and always making sure I’m okay throughout the whole visit. It really feels like you’re being taken care of by people who truly care, not just doing a job. I’m so grateful I found this office. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust!

Hands down the best dentist!! My family and I have been going to this office for around 15 years! Not only is he and his staff very kind, his work is incredible. We even moved to Long Island and still make the trip to Brooklyn. Would recommend him 100%!!

I’ve had an outstanding experience at this clinic. My dentist is exceptionally skilled and kind, and the two nurses who assist him are always attentive and caring. They work together seamlessly and make you feel comfortable at all times. Ivan at the front desk is also fantastic—friendly, organized, and always helpful. I absolutely recommend this entire team.

My husband and I came here for routine dental care and had a very disappointing experience. We were charged what we felt were excessive fees for X-rays, and throughout our visits there seemed to be a strong focus on selling additional services rather than patient care. The billing practices were not explained clearly, which left us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. During one of my visits, my mouth was numbed so extensively that I had difficulty swallowing and felt unsafe in the chair. More concerning, my husband underwent two root canals and later became ill. When he returned for a follow-up appointment because he needed dental clearance for upcoming heart surgery, the dentist advised him to find another dentist rather than addressing our concerns or helping coordinate his care. Throughout our experience, we did not feel respected as patients or treated with the level of communication and compassion we expected. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this practice.
