Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign

Came to this office for my daughter’s appointment. I left work early and picked her up from school only to get here and the office is completely empty with the doors open and lights out . If the place was closed why did no one notify me . So unprofessional and I will be changing my child’s dentist immediately. They tell you it’s a 15 minute grace period but no one contacted me to let me know anything regarding it being closed .meanwhile it says open online .

After our insurance denied my child’s braces claim. We shopped around and found Diamond Braces (Bay Ridge location). From the initial consultation to the day of when she was getting them done. The staff was lovely, Denis at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Dr. Pitz did an amazing job managing my complicated case of having Invisalign AND Braces at the same time, while also bringing down my impacted canine. She kindly answered and addressed any concerns I had throughout treatment. The entire staff were all really sweet too!

My visit to Diamond Braces on Bay Ridge was excellent . Great office, very big and clean looking place. The person who I want to highlight is Nadim. Professional expert,very knowledgeable and polite. I was treated very good even it was my first visit. I definitely will come back to start treatment and recommend this place to all my friends !

We love our location in Bay Ridge. My daughter has had some issues with her treatment but we have always had the best experience with our doctor. She is so understanding, kind, professional, welcoming and very patient!
