Hands down best dental office experience I've ever had. Quick friendly and non judgemental. Took care of what I went in for and didn't try pressing other operations on me. Will be going back for more work... eventually

Wonderful experience. I got my cavities taken out and also got a crown placed as well and let me tell you these people are awesome. Everyone is very professional, super knowledgeable, and overall great people. I’d recommend this place to anyone 5-STAR TREATMENT!! hands down

Biddulph family dental is all about Family, and teeth of course! I have been going there since I was a young girl! Dr.Nassif is a great dentist I hope he never leaves! His assistant Meg is always so kind! I love them both!

Very disappointed! With the front desk people! Stone faced on both of my visits, and no greetings, and this was early in the morning! Plus on my first visit they tried to charge $250.00 more than I owed!!!!! Today was my second visit to get my teeth cleaned! I owed $78 I hand them 100.00 Stone faced the woman at the desk told me:we have no change! The other sitting next to her shook her head and said "I got no change!" Then the woman at the desk firmilly said"you got 30 minutes to get your change!" As if she were talking to a child!!!! Never again I will step foot into this place!!!!!!!!’ On a posite note the hygienist Brittany was courteous, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable and explained everything that she was doing in a gentle and compassionate way. I will miss her next time I need to visit a dentist!!!!! Very sad!!!!!

Been a patient here for 30 years & they continue be a trusted dental provider for my family & I. My hygienist, Judy, was great to talk with & did a nice job cleaning my teeth. Highly recommend!

Staff is great so friendly. Very professional atmosphere. Judy was great, she explained everything and gave helpful tips to start trying. Would recommend to family and friends.

I have been with Dr Nassiff for 40 years and my parents have been with him for about 60 yrs. Biddulph family practice. Dr. Nassiff is amazing. I’ve always felt confident in his Work. Unfortunately, Their secretary’s told me, I’m now band from the practice cause I woke up sick. Called at 1pm asked if I should still come in and Receptionist, said,"she would ask and call me back." She never did. I called back at 3:20 cause my appointment was at 3:45, and anther receptionist put me on hold for over 5 mins. Said "I don’t know who took your call" ahe told me Dr Nassiff was on lunch for 2 1/2 hours. No name was given from the first receptionist that was suppose to call me back. As Jessica told me. It would take me at least 20 mins to get there and then at that time it was 3:35. She said we can only hold appointments for 10 mins after. But as I said I was waiting since 1pm for a call back from what Dr Nassiff would say. Either come in sick for my appointment or he would possibly let me reschedule. I said "now u kept me on the phone waiting and I can’t get there in time." I asked to speak to him or the office manager to at least let me know by closing, 5:00pm. They called back and said, " Dr. Nassiff has removed me being a patient. I don’t think I believe that they gave him the message saying he was on lunch for 2 1/2 hours. I’m very hurt. I thought he actually cared about me as he has known me since I was a child. I truly believe the receptionist are mean and don’t have any compassion. Again they probably never gave him the message. At least I would hope that would be the case. Then when I tried to make an appointment with a new dentist I find out that the office girls charged my insurance for X-rays that I did not have done! Insurance fraud! So now I have to wait for them to correct the charge to see the new dentist. I said to the "girl" office manager asked her name and her response was "it doesn’t matter" then hung up on me. I’ll be following back up, to make sure this gets corrected. Check with your insurance company and make sure they are not doing this to you as well.
