The experience was really great overall. Very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and worked with me the best way they could. S/o to Imelda, Dr memarpour and I believe the office manager name was Jay! Great group.
The doctor was very thorough. He took his time with his work and made sure everything was done right. He basically did a deep cleaning on my teeth because I needed it and not the normal cleaning that I had scheduled at no extra cost. The dental assistants were very knowledgeable and courteous. This was one of the best dental visits I have ever had. I got a temporary cap on tooth #18 and two fillings. Great job Ideal Dental at Stone Oak!

I've had the Best Experience with Ideal Dental! Dr. Randy Kneidel is a Top of the Line Orthodontist! Very Thorough and Intensive. Makes you feel like you're his only patient. A One-on-One man of his word! If in need of a Great looking Smile... I had been coming here for years at least 5 years and I like them but they have change of dentist like 3 or more. Ms. Deb is the best, she has been the longest in the office since I recall, she make you feel like family, so funny. Doctor Nicholson, she was good, professional, thoughtful making sure you are not in pain, cleans deep, make a great job!She is honest telling what you need to do, and doesn't try to charge extra stuff like other places, recommend to fill your forms online in the link they send, love that they have that option and the text reminders. Really recommended them and check them out!
Everyone was very kind and thorough. Respectful of my time and transparent about service costs. Would definitely recommend.
